I contacted Drain24 as the toilet was backing up. Oliver arrived on time and cleared the problem. They explained what they were doing and after fixing the problem left the area all clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Drains24 for all you drainage needs. Very efficient and professional service.

The team here are amazing, polite and knowledgable ! I bought 3 Crosswater bathrooms - if you have seen the CW awful reviews you can imagine how off track our project could have gone. If it wasn’t for Lee @ Excel Plumbing liaising with Crosswater our project would have been a disaster! We have 2 1/2 beautiful new bathrooms and it has gone relatively smoothly down to Lee ! Excel bathrooms just brilliant !

Stuart has completed a few jobs for us over recent years. He fitted new central heating throughout the house as we previously had an air vent system, fitted under floor heating in the kitchen, a new bathroom shower pump and a water softening filter. Stuart has always been very professional, takes time to explain the work required and answer any questions, and has very good ongoing communication. I would definitely recommend Stuart.

All staff extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and happy to spend time with us in showroom. I have advised numerous friends and family to come here when refitting their bathrooms. They went above and beyond with us and the result was a fantastic, solid, durable, beautifully finished bathroom. There was absolutely no hard-selling, just factual and sound advice relating to quality/finish/durability. Quotes were sent out and amended numerous times quickly. When our bathroom supplier failed to deliver with no warning, and then told us that bits of our bathroom - which had been on order eight weeks - would not be available for a further three months, and with our builders waiting to start work on a tight schedule, a call to Paton got us back on track. Really impressed with the service from initial planning through to final installation of our renovated family bathroom. The team at Paton's (and Dom in particular) were incredibly helpful and patient with our requirements, even when we made late changes to our order. Communication with the team was great and items for most part delivered very promptly. We had an issue with one element being delayed and a suitable alternative was quickly suggested. All the products bought from Paton's are of excellent quality and we are thrilled with the final finish and loving our new bathroom. However, elmbridge were able to come out access the problem, talk us through the problem and solution. We've finally got reliable heating. Great workmanship, tidy, reliable and honest. I am so grateful to the team at Elmbridge Heating and Plumbing for their quick, efficient and friendly service when I was left without heating or hot water when my boiler broke down a few days pre Christmas. Their initial response was very fast and the price given for replacement was very fair. The two plumbers who carried out the work both went out of their way (and I think worked beyond their usual hours!) to get the whole system serviced and a new boiler up and running within a day and a half. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. The thermostat control for my boiler had broken. I rang them first thing in the morning and by late afternoon it was all sorted. A really polite charming young man called Tom fitted a new Hive thermostat system and took the time to show me how to set times etc on this new updated version. I will be using them again for any other issues in my home.

Lee is by far and away the best heating & plumbing professional I’ve had complete work for me. Lee is incredibly friendly, professional and is a true expert in his trade. Lee has re-plumbed our entire house with a new boiler, and completed a new bathroom this year. Both jobs to impeccable standards, delivered on time and within budget with no “surprise” add-ons! This is the second time we used Lee from Swifty's. But we needed a new boiler this time and he came to check the kitchen units to where the old boiler was and discussed different types we could have that would fit the small area. We asked lots of questions and he answered every one. He also explained other systems we could put in and costs. He has done a beautiful job installing this new boiler for a very reasonable price too. He stuck to the quote and went above and beyond whilst making good. Our flu needed shifting slightly, he repaired the roof area to fit as well as replastering the area around the new Flu position on the kitchen ceiling. He was neat and tidy cleaned up everything nicely too. He kept us informed of everything. Once fitted he spent lots of time with us explaining how the new boiler works. He made sure we knew how to use the boiler before he left. He worked very hard, not even taking lunch. We won't hesitate to use Lee again. A wonderful guy.
