We had Mel install a brand-new underfloor heating and manifold system, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed. Not only is Mel an excellent engineer, but he’s also such a lovely, pleasant, and down-to-earth person. He installed the system with outstanding care and incredible attention to detail. What truly stood out was his dedication. We called him on a Sunday morning, between Christmas and New Year’s, and he was at our home within an hour, fixing all the issues without hesitation. I honestly can’t recommend Mel enough. If you’re looking for someone highly skilled, reliable, and a pleasure to work with, Mel is definitely the one to call.

Exceptional operation -- trustworthy, down-to-earth and very decent. These guys are committed to doing business the right way: building a strong client base over time, of happy and dedicated customers. They diagnosed my old boiler for free and issued a very reasonable and comprehensive quote to have a whole new system put in. Mel talked us through the whole process and was patient in explaining our options and what we needed to watch out for. He understood we may not choose him for the repair and from the outset seemed more interested in getting the job done correctly than making a quick buck. Carmine genuinely care about serving the community and they know this will benefit them in the long run. When I decided to go with them, they moved quickly and carefully -- they made space to fit us us in their busy calendar, and did exactly what they said they would -- they worked very hard all day to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. It's always very nice to see Carmelo for the yearly boiler service. Carmelo is very professional and helpful and is always happy to answer any questions I may have. He is very punctual and always checks timing to reconfirm in advance. He offers very thorough and professional service (unlike others such as BG that just press a few buttons and go!) and having Carmelo service my boiler truly gives peace of mind, knowing that my boiler is in safe and professional hands. He always goes an extra mile and offers more to ensure that we are happy! Really great boiler service and experience and thank you very much for the special Christmas gift!

I called Mel in the hope that he could see us about a faulty boiler that same day - turns out he could! (despite being busy with other jobs that day). He immediately identified an issue with the pump and (very) fortunately for us, explained that he had a rare spare part in his van, which meant that we wouldn’t need a full costly replacement pump. He fitted the part very quickly and efficiently and stayed to make sure everything was a-ok. A great job all round. I don’t generally write reviews, but this time, thought it was well worth spreading the word.

Very professional and efficient . Fixed the boiler very fast. Came back to install a new thermostat. Guided me step by step through the learning process and setting up the thermostat that he installed . Definitely will call them if needed and highly recommend them.
