We had a problem with our downstairs lavatory which decided to stop flushing properly. I called Gary Palmer from Copthorne Plumbing & Heating who sent out one of his great team to help. I am very pleased to say that our lavatory was soon fixed and very reasonably priced too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary and his team for any plumbing and heating requirements.

Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. Lee has helped us with other plumbing issues before and he has always been very polite and reliable and done really good work. We definitely recommend him!

Lee was absolutely amazing in firstly sorting out a leak we had and then installing a new bathroom suite. Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks!
