Ervin did an amazing job disconnecting a water tank, installing a brand new boiler and then ensuring everything newly fitted was up to spec with an external regulator. Great communication and extremely trustworthy. We’ll be using him again for sure.

From first contact through to completion the new instillation went very smooth. Ervin went through the details and completed the install quickly and efficiently. He also rebalanced all the radiators and fully instructed me on the controls for the boiler. I would certainly use him again

Firstly, I’ve given this firm a 5 star rating and would highly recommend due to these reasons. Outset: Read their superb reviews online and in particular mention of co-owner, Perry. Phone call into their professional call centre gave me immediate reassurance that they were professional and eager to solve my issue. I was informed that Perry was busy and I would be seeing instead their business partner, George. Expressing immediate concern I might get someone not as good, I was reassured that George was also excellent, although mentioned less on public reviews. (Shame on previous customers for not leaving more positive reviews) Issue: my Worcester combo boiler was playing up with intermittent hot water dropping off and showing a series of fault codes relating to the issue. (WINTER WITH BOILER ISSUES ARE NOT WORTH TAKING THE CHANCE!) Lead in: I was sent a number of realistic prompts via text message and emails explaining what to expect and managing my expectations for the day in advance of the service. Very professional for someone managing their busy diary. Day of Service: George turned up promptly with his new apprentice, Bradley. (Signs that the business is doing well!). First off, I was super impressed by both the gentleman who were respectful from the outset introducing themselves and removing shoes.George was polite and highly personable. In my experience of dealing with multiple tradesman over the years and myself coming from a background in the building trade, I couldn’t have wished for a more professional expert than George and found his mannerisms and conduct admirable in this day and age. Old school values and appeared truly honest in explaining everything and not pushing for need to replace etc. Job: thorough, taking time and precision to ensure everything was done, checked and put right. Post job: sent an invoice via email, which included a detailed diagnostic report to include future suggestions of things that may need to be looked at again in the future. All in all would have George back in an instance and would prompt anyone booking this firm to request his services personally. Merry Christmas H&G Solutions!

I contacted Josh for help with a slightly complex job - installing a pipe to run under the kitchen floor from the mains supply to provide plumbing to a fridge/freezer on the other side of the room. Josh came round within a couple of days of my call, had a look at the job and was able to think quickly and creatively solve the issue by passing a pipe under the floor from a small hatch under an appliance - I am delighted because we didn't have to pull up any of the floor, and we only have a tiny hole in the floor behind the fridge for the pipe! Everything works nicely and his rate of pay was reasonable for the time and effort this job required! I wouldn't hesitate to call Josh again the next time I have a plumbing job - thanks!

Very pleased with the work Josh did today fixing a dripping overflow pipe. Before the visit he kept in touch via texts, arrived promptly, worked well, explaining the problem and how he had fixed it. Scott was super helpful and did a great job re-fitting a shower room, including tiling and flooring. In 'spare' time he sorted out the plumbing in the whole house and voluntarily painted the shower room walls and woodwork. Highly recommended!

Scott was recommended to us by a local plumbers merchant 15 years ago and we have used only him since. He has refitted a bathroom and a shower room for us as well as smaller jobs of fitting a garden tap and fixing various problems over the years. We like that he is experienced, always reliable, and very much takes account of what we want while also suggesting wise alternatives and has always been good at finding solutions. Also that he is always happy to discuss any concerns and answer any questions. His prices have always been reasonable too. Several of our friends and neighbours have used him too and they recommend him as well.

Lee was absolutely amazing in firstly sorting out a leak we had and then installing a new bathroom suite. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. I had a toilet with a faulty cistern and it’s not actually that easy to find someone willing to do that kind of thing as some plumbers just want the big jobs. The toilet is also housed within a unit and it wasn't just a case of lifting the lid off, so I was looking for someone used to designing bathrooms too as I figured they would be more likely to be used to that kind of thing. Michael was very happy to fix it and did so quickly (despite having to take the toilet out to get to the cistern), did it in the evening and to a great standard. Very personable and friendly too. I would definitely recommend Surrey Plumbing & Bathrooms and will be using them again in future.

Emergency call out and twice the tenant wasn’t there! They were amazing! Have been using KD Jones for 10 years and they have always provided a rapid efficient service. Would highly recommend and would use anyone else.
