Excellent professional and personable service from the whole team at Great Bookham Dental Practice. I have been visiting this practice for quite some time and every time I visit, they really do put me at ease. The level of care is second to none and I feel completely safe in their hands. Going to the dentist is a really positive experience for me now. As a bit of a geek, it's great to see them investing in the latest technology to make sure that they provide the best care possible. From visiting the hygienist, to getting my dental check-ups, and any further care required - be it fillings, or my first and hopefully only crown... they are thorough in their assessments and put you and your care first. Amazing experience. I walked in nervous and scared but the receptionist (I believe her name was Sangeeta) was amazing. While waiting for Dr Bilal, she kept assuring me that the procedure is safe and the Dr. knows what he's doing which made me feel a lot more at ease with the whole experience. Upon meeting with the dentist I felt safe in his hands as he explained everything thoroughly and checked with me to make sure I understand what I’m going through with. I look forward to coming back to continue with my treatment and seeing the team again.

Halfway through treatment. Bridge and implant. I'm a very nervous patient and I have been cared for and reassured at every step. I have been able to have treatment I never would have dreamed of due to my fear. As a nurse I'm familiar with patient centred care and treatment and I am receiving this at Great Bookham dental practice. Thoroughly recommend

I’ve been a patient of Dr Sonya for over 25 years and have always found her to be extremely professional, relaxed and friendly. She occasionally tells me off for not flossing, but I love her sense of humour!! Sonya is also very inclusive and accommodating for my relative with complex special-needs, so I would highly recommend her.

Sonya has been my dentist ever since she opened her practice in Sutton and before that in Epsom. Her dentistry is excellent, and being an NHS patient I have always felt her treatment is on par with private, nothing is too much trouble, everything explained thoroughly and carried out to a high standard.

Brilliant service. Sonya and Smeera are lovely and make us feel comfortable and at ease every time. Debbie is so kind and always makes sure we're well looked after. Polite reception staff! The best.

Had hygienist Debbie Bell today. She is lovely puts you at your ease and is very gentle. I am a nervous nelly at the dentist but she always calms me down. 5 stars to all the staff there would recommend highly.

All of the staff are absolutely lovely! I haven’t visited the dentist for a while and I was quite anxious about going, but reception were incredibly nice when booking in, and put me at ease. Upon visiting, my dentist was incredibly nice and worked hard to put any of my anxieties aside. Overall just lovely people and practice

The service from the Administration department at the Ivory dental practice is 1st class. The dental professionals are absolutely superb. I would rate Ivory dental as the best you can find anywhere. Professional, friendly and above all, a practice you can trust.

I have been using Ivory for many years and I am very happy with them. I recently lost a crown and the receptionists were very efficient in arranging an early appointment. They are always welcoming. Amit, my dentist and co-owner, is professional and always explains treatment options. I am very to recommend the practice.

Mr Ali put some implants , and he did an amazing job, the place where he put them was really difficult because of my no good gums and he did an excellent job, it was in 2019 but I never said thank you , so I want to say it now that I saw you can write the review , the hygienist is just amazing as well ,

My wife and I have attended this HDP since it first opened so we have seen many changes over the years. We have always been impressed with the standards of care and professionalism from all of team who have looked after our dental needs. This was recently put to the test when my wife was diagnosed with cancer soon after a complex program of dental implants had begun. Suffice it to say, the cancer treatment caused significant delays and changes but once she was given the OK to proceed, the whole team at Hersham pulled out all the stops. We could not have been treated better, nor more fairly. We will always be so grateful to Monty and his team……

For as long as I can remember I have been petrified of going to the dentist, so much so that as a child I would hide the ‘check up is due’ letter from my parents when they arrived in the post. On my most recent visit Lorraine and the team were so welcoming. I had some work done by Sonia and Lucie, they were calming and reassuring, doing everything they could to ensure I was as relaxed and as comfortable as possible. Somehow I’ve now voluntarily committed to having two more older fillings changed in the next few weeks! A big thank you to Hersham Dental Practice, from a no longer petrified patient.

My two young children had their second appointment today and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The receptionist is such a lovely and genuine woman, she really made the children feel at ease and welcome. She addressed them with their names as soon as we came in - little touches like a warm welcome mean a lot! The dentist was equally as lovely. He really put them both at ease, so much so that my two year old climbed into the chair and got herself into position! I was amazed. Thank you for making it such a positive experience for them both.

I registered with the practice recently and had my first check up today. I'm pleased with the friendly and professional service I received both from the lady at the reception and from dr Sunndeep. I find dentist's visits a bit stressful so I appreciate that everyone made me feel welcome and at ease. I'll be back and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I've been a client of The Old Court House Dental Practice for nearly a decade and recently had a minor surgical procedure to fill a deep cavity that was in very close proximity to the nerve ending of the tooth. Rishi is a highly experienced dental surgeon and his care and expertise is exemplary. After have issues with the service and level of care in different private dental practices in the past, I feel reassured whenever I am under his expert care. Furthermore, Elaine who manages admin and reception is also a delight to deal with and completes the whole experience of being under the care of a throughly professional dental practice. If you are looking for dental care in Surrey or the wider area then there is no need to look elsewhere. Highly recommend.

An excellent service from this dental practice and it was well worth travelling from the Isle of Wight to Dorking to receive the treatment. From the moment I entered the surgery, I felt like I was in safe hands. I am really pleased with the dental crown fitted by Dr Patel and plan to return in the future.

This was the first time I've been to this dentist and my first experience was really great and the staff and the team are the most friendly and welcoming people I've met in the dentist NHS. I've had really bad experience with other dentists and it's been over 20 years since I last seen a dentist and I've already got results and within 8 weeks or about, I will have a full set of teeth. Now I can get on with my life and be able to smile again and get my confidence back and be able to look for full time employment. I needed an emergency appointment after losing a filling, and they managed to book me in the next day. I was seen by Hannah Belle Cando who was exceptional. Despite the internet being down on the day I visited, which caused issues with them accessing systems, and taking x-rays; Hannah was very thorough and diligent, explaining the options I had in plain English, as well as seeking a second opinion from another dentist. In fact, this is now the second time that they have asked a more senior dentist for a second opinion whilst I have been there; it shows the level of care that they take to ensure the correct course of action is taken. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and I've always had a good experience with the reception staff too.

As usual. they never fail to deliver on service. Jay is an amazing dentist who always aims to do the very best for you so when you leave, you leave happy and smiling. The receptionists are always very polite and bubbly too. The reception area itself is relaxed and comfortable.

I met Nadine a couple weeks ago for an emergency appointment to fix a retainer. She was super attentive and welcoming and genuinely one of the best dentist I've had. I immediately booked in a hygienist appointment with her and once again provided an amazing service with useful feedback. Thoroughly recommend Nadine for future visits. Ben the assistant was also helpful.

All the staff at My Dentist in Dorking are friendly, professional and give 5* service. I have had consistency of care recently seeing Sankari and her dental nurse Mimi during consecutive appointments. I am always welcomed with a smile and great advice is always on hand. The practice is bright and welcoming, down to the sky imagery on the ceiling during treatment!
