Timberhill is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Leanne and Carla are amazing hygienists - and I don’t say that lightly. Bella always has my best interests at heart and I genuinely look forward to seeing her, and Antonio is always helpful and friendly. Not to mention, Pam is a lovely receptionist and always a warm welcome. Thanks everyone!!

I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasn’t worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place I’m so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing I’m in very safe hands . Thank you .

I am most definitely not a fan of dentists. Today I had an amazing experience. Dr Kataria was such a caring patient person. Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. He is a very thoughtful person understanding the patient needs and making sure they are met. The technical experience he showed today was above and beyond. Dr Kataria showed so much patient with the treatment. I have never had such caring treatment and felt so relaxed. I left the dentist today feeling I had such a position experience . I was never in any discomfort during the treatment. Dr Katarias assistant was equally caring. I would have no doubt at all in reminding Dr Kataria

As always, my dentist Mr Marsh (Phil) & his assistant Izzy, has given excellent care & service. I have been seeing Mr Marsh every 6 months at this practice for decades, I will not see anyone else. The practice is scrupulously clean & all the staff are always friendly, courteous & very professional from the reception ladies to the dental assistants. Highly recommend *****

I was seen on time for an inspection by Mr Marsh, who has been my Dentist for many years. He took time to discuss with me, at my request, potential options for replacing my front crown. I recently visited Chem Village Dental Studios, and I have to say, it was a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire practice was. The atmosphere was comforting, which immediately put me at ease. The receptionist was lovely—she was chatty and engaging, which made the waiting time fly by. It's not often you find someone who can make you feel welcome and relaxed before a dental appointment, but she did just that. Dr. Krishan Patel, who handled my treatment, was incredibly professional. His soft-spoken nature and calm demeanor were exactly what I needed during the intervention. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. It’s clear that he cares deeply about his patients and their experience. A special mention must go to Nurse Lilly, who was nothing short of amazing. Absolutely amazing service! Took care of me the moment I met them and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I knew I could trust them to fix my teeth. Had braces fixed and a dental implant that was successful and so smooth. Now my smile looks great and I’m so pleased with my progress and teeth. I’m so grateful and would really recommend!

Amazing experience. I walked in nervous and scared but the receptionist (I believe her name was Sangeeta) was amazing. While waiting for Dr Bilal, she kept assuring me that the procedure is safe and the Dr. knows what he's doing which made me feel a lot more at ease with the whole experience. Upon meeting with the dentist I felt safe in his hands as he explained everything thoroughly and checked with me to make sure I understand what I’m going through with. For as long as I can remember I have been petrified of going to the dentist, so much so that as a child I would hide the ‘check up is due’ letter from my parents when they arrived in the post. On my most recent visit Lorraine and the team were so welcoming. I had some work done by Sonia and Lucie, they were calming and reassuring, doing everything they could to ensure I was as relaxed and as comfortable as possible. Somehow I’ve now voluntarily committed to having two more older fillings changed in the next few weeks! A big thank you to Hersham Dental Practice, from a no longer petrified patient.

Mr Ali put some implants , and he did an amazing job, the place where he put them was really difficult because of my no good gums and he did an excellent job, it was in 2019 but I never said thank you , so I want to say it now that I saw you can write the review , the hygienist is just amazing as well ,

My wife and I have attended this HDP since it first opened so we have seen many changes over the years. We have always been impressed with the standards of care and professionalism from all of team who have looked after our dental needs. This was recently put to the test when my wife was diagnosed with cancer soon after a complex program of dental implants had begun. Suffice it to say, the cancer treatment caused significant delays and changes but once she was given the OK to proceed, the whole team at Hersham pulled out all the stops. We could not have been treated better, nor more fairly. We will always be so grateful to Monty and his team……

I took my son to see Alice for a hygiene appointment. Alice was very attentive and kind and did a brilliant job allaying my sons fears of the dentist. My son has totally changed his thought pattern towards the dentist.

Based on a recommendation from a friend I booked my children in to see Alice for a hygienist appointment. One of my children has SEN and can become distressed in new situations. Alice was not only wonderful personally in her interaction with my children - in being so fun, friendly and informative but left them with sparkling, fresh teeth. Highly recommended and it’s a lovely dentist to be in too.

Sonya has been our family dentist for more than 15 years and throughout that time, I have had a number of procedures that Sonya has carried out. Sonya is without doubt the best dentist that I have ever seen. She is incredibly hard working, warm and funny, always giving her time generously to ensure she carries out any procedure to the highest possible standards. Sonya is also surrounded by a superb team, including Zoe on reception who is always lovely to speak to and extremely helpful, and highly competent dental nurses. I feel incredibly lucky that Sonya is our family dentist, I would not go anywhere else for dental treatment.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Sonya for over 25 years and have always found her to be extremely professional, relaxed and friendly. She occasionally tells me off for not flossing, but I love her sense of humour!! Sonya is also very inclusive and accommodating for my relative with complex special-needs, so I would highly recommend her.

Had hygienist Debbie Bell today. She is lovely puts you at your ease and is very gentle. I am a nervous nelly at the dentist but she always calms me down. 5 stars to all the staff there would recommend highly.

I've been coming to Benhill Dental for years. The team are very helpful and friendly. Alex is great and explains everything thoroughly and Diana is a brilliant hygienist. She teaches you how to work with your own teeth and the science behind the battle against plaque. I’ve learnt a lot from her!

The current dentist Cobus Viljoen and Sarah his practice nurse have provided a very professional and caring service. Cobus is reassuring and highly skilled. Everyone at Granville House is warm and friendly and makes one feel at ease - all are just lovely people.

The treatment received by Cobus and indeed the whole staff at Granville House was first class. I had two root canal treatments followed by corresponding crowns been fitted. The whole process was exemplary, with transparency both in the dental plan and the associated cost. I could not recommend this practice highly enough; I felt valued and ultimately my comfort throughout the whole process was paramount.

Fantastic practice. As an extremely nervous patient who has avoided dentists for many years due to previous bad experiences, I was so happy with Colm and Tatiana's approach. Colm took the time to explain all the processes with no pressure. I was kept informed throughout with pre and post care information including all costs involved. Extensive work was required including extractions and a denture, all of which have been carried out with no issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend. Was originally referred to Dr Al-Nahi by my general dentist several years ago and continue to attend this lovely practice to have the health of my gums checked once a year. As a patient in my seventies I suffer from exposed tooth roots, which are very uncomfortable. Dr Al-Nahi manages to allay my anxiety and I feel that I am in good hands. The calming atmosphere and spotless surroundings set a tone of excellence, and I really appreciate being given a generous amount of time for the appointment.
