10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. Very willing but arrived without the 30 minutes notice. Didn't have the piece our lock required so arranged to call back the following day. Their repairer arrived the following day, without prior notification again, they did have the piece we required but not the correct colour. We accepted it though. Nice chaps, it did resolve the problems in the end albeit not quite what we were after.

We had to install several new office locks, and fix our main entry door that banged shut because the stalling seal/arm had eroded/aged. Steve is personable, and hard-working. Managed to lock myself out the house! Gave Kevin a call, and he was with me within 30 minutes and I was back in within minutes without any damage to the door or lock. Very professional and responsive. He is also Surry trading standard approved, so give Kevin a call if you need a locksmith.

I had an issue with my front door and the handle becoming jammed. Justin came out quickly, diagnosed the issue. We needed a new gearbox and latches. He didn’t have them in stock and ordered them in for the next day. Due to not having it in stock he got our door up to a standard it could be used while we waited for the parts.
