Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Had the exact replacement handle on his van and completed the job really quickly and efficiently at the costs he had advised up front Would highly recommend !

Fantastic service ! I called in the morning and a little later that day I had two perfect keys (I’d broken the only key I had !). I didn’t even have to drive anywhere as Justin came to my work address. A main VW dealer told me I’d have to wait 7-10 days for keys to arrive and then book in to have them programmed. Great experience. We needed a call-out at 10pm and they arrived within 20 minutes to help us. Our lock was broken and we could not open the door - they tried a number of non-destructive methods to avoid damage to the door instead of reverting immediately to a destructive option. They quickly solved the problem within 15 minutes and highlighted that the latch was indeed faulty. I cannot praise them highly enough. £150 for the call-out.
