Dan and his team have been absolutely brilliant, answered all the questions i asked them on tyre quality and what is needed, very pleased with their service provided, rang up on short notice, to get some tyres fitted to my van and he managed to squeeze me in whilst i was waiting he brought me out and shown me that my brake discs were low and could do with new ones, told him to fit whatever he recommended, i will be returning to the branch for my future needs HIGHLY recommended

Had a warning light on the car for low pressure in one of my tyres. I called up and was told to bring the car down. Once I had arrived, the car was taken in about 5mins later and I left a short time after. The issue was found and sorted very quickly. Would highly recommend!

I have used Motest in Farnham for several years both for my car and my wife's servicing and MOTs. They have always been professional and courteous and they have gone a good job. Over the past few months I have had a persistent issue with my BMW 3 Series with engine malfunction warning lights. They could not get to the bottom of the issue initially but went to the expense of getting some specialist testing equipment and located the issue. They suggested usuing a non-BMW part and fitted it but this did not resolve the issue after a couple of drives. I took the car back and they spent several weeks (off and on while I had a loan car) trying to resolve the issue. In the end it was decided that a BMW part should be fitted. This was done and it now works perfectly. I was only charged the additional cost over the non-BMW part and no additional labour charges when they must have spent many hours getting to the bottom of the problem.
