Tony did a great job repairing our front door and gave it a 12 month warranty he also repaired a back door, both now working like new! He was so helpful! Would definitely recommend focus locksmith.

Brilliant service, got locked out by mistake, within 15 minutes the locksmith was on site (squeezing us in before another appointment) and had us back in the house within 20 minutes. The locksmith thought outside the box to find a solution so we didn’t have to drill locks etc. Can’t thank them enough!

Absolutely brilliant couldn't recommend him more. Came out to fix the lock on my front door that had gone as couldn't lock it and he had it all fixed within 30 minutes and was able to cut me 2 new back door keys on site. Excellent customer service.

Our house got burgled and Dave was able to come out the same day I called him to replace all of the locks, as well as add a new lock to another door in the house. Brilliant, efficient, and friendly service, he kept me updated on when he would arrive and cut us multiple sets of keys. Excellent service from start to finish. We called with our front door deadlock not working. Julian attended us promptly on time and managed to find a workaround to opening it. He could have easily recommended that we needed to change the lock, but gave an honest assessment, provided a fix and also was willing to come back to replace it if it failed again.

Darren arrived on time and was very positive and professional in his work. When he found an issue that could have meant a return visit with another charge, he problem solved and found another solution instead. Darren was contactable prior to his visit, was clean and tidy during and explained what he was doing and why. We had a positive experience.

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!
