The locksmith was professional, efficient, and had me back inside in no time. What really impressed me was the price. Recieved excellent and efficient service from Fidelis today. Called and popped in this morning to repair my VW Golf key and the 2 friendly chaps got me back up and running again within 30 mins. Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time. He also made sure to take the extra steps needed to confirm that you definitely are the homeowner before starting the job. Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Parts had to be ordered but these arrived the next day and he came straight away to fit them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Dave arrived very promptly- within 20 minutes. He had all the best tools with him and I was in the house within 5 mins. Very professional service. Top service. The technician, Ruslan, was excellent, very quick to arrive, very quick to get the job done and explain the problem. He also fixed another issue with our front lock within seconds that's been a problem for years. Was cheaper than another locksmith who came out and quoted nearly £100 more. Would recommend.

10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍
