I am writing a review on behalf of my Father, Peter from Guildford. We had an error alert come up on the alarm which meant that we were unable to set the alarm. Oliver initially tried to help us fix the issue over the phone. As that did not work, he come over within 15 mins and managed to fix the error code which enabled us to set the alarm. We were very impressed with Oliver's can-do attitude and also that he come out so promptly on Christmas Eve. We would highly recommend Oliver and his company.
