We recently needed our locks changed at our new house and reached out to Darren at Sherlock Locksmiths. Darren was fantastic - he was able to accommodate us on very short notice, which we greatly appreciated. He arrived promptly, was incredibly quick, and got everything sorted in no time. His friendly and professional demeanor made the experience stress-free, and we felt very confident in his expertise. Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Shout out and thanks to Lee 2242 Woking Peacock Centre ( opens at 9am weekdays)for excellent customer service, like we used to get in the old days. Another Timpson branch knocked off a time marker from the face to the second hand which halted the mechanism while replacing the battery under guarantee. Lee not only sorted out the problem right away, but spent time giving my very old Sekonda watch a much needed thorough internal clean up showing and explaining to me what he was doing. And didn't charge me a penny for doing so.

My key was snapped I had no other spare key I went to them with the snapped key and they replaced it within few minutes and it was their exact match to the door which opened and the service is really good friendly
