Chris was very quick to respond and visit to fix the immediate problem with the locking gearbox mechanism. He kept me up to date with the status of the parts order required to finish off the repair. Good communication and service throughout. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time. He also made sure to take the extra steps needed to confirm that you definitely are the homeowner before starting the job. You could immediately notice that he was confident and skilled in his craft, made it look so easy. Competitively priced, and fast. James was recommended to me by a separate locksmith who was unable to help us. He was polite and responsive right from first contact and did all he could to resolve same day, although we couldn’t quite make that happen. He went out of his way to get to us first thing the next day, resolved the challenge in twenty minutes AND came to pick me up to drive me to the car. Overall just an excellent experience and I really wish all trades were this good.

Communication was great and was able to get a time sorted to get my car open same day. My car battery was completely dead, and manual lock wasn't connected so key didn't work at all! Was able to access my car with no damage, and even fixed/connected my manual locking mechanism for me so key actually works now 😅 and got my battery started. Professional, friendly, and got the job done. Highly recommend 👌

Ira was quick to arrive and get my keys out of the car after I locked myself out. I asked him to make me a copy on the spot and despite it being a challenge due to the model and age of my car he persevered and maned to make me a copy. Top bloke and excellent service. Would highly recomend him
