My car was in for its MOT, and when I collected it, it had also been fully cleaned inside and out, to my surprise. I was utterly grateful, but I had not expected it. Really efficient, informative, friendly service. I had a weird sound coming from the front axle area of my car, which was hard to describe. They sent a technician with me on a drive to see if he could hear it. We managed to replicate the sound and they told me same day that they could fix it, which was also very reasonably priced. What a place! I’m new to the area and I knew my car needed a service and a coolant leak looking at. I was booked in for a Wednesday, and then I couldn’t make that due to travel arrangements. One short phone call, I was able to move my booking to an earlier date without hassle. I dropped my car off at 8am Monday morning, and the full service was complete as well as coolant leak fixed by Tuesday evening!! Incredible customer service, with email updates (which were great as meant I didn’t need to keep chasing missed calls like other garages do). A very honest and to the point garage. They have also sorted my noisy windscreen wipers… result! And very reasonably priced too!! I will now be using Charterhouse garage for all my car needs :)

They have been looking after my vehicles for over 20 years and I can honestly say that in all that time, I have never once had an issue in any respect. They are honest, diligent, considerate and go the absolute extra mile to ensure they give you the best service - whilst always being mindful of cost. I’ve been using Charterhouse since we moved to the area. Every experience with them has been excellent and prices are more than fair. I wouldn’t let anyone else look after my car now. Here’s an example of how helpful they are: it’s 3.00pm on a Friday and my car won’t start, the battery has gone over Christmas. I’m back in at work on Monday. I phone Charterhouse who sourced a battery, came to collect the car (N.B. I’m very local) and then replaced it. By 4.30pm I had the car back on my drive, ready to go for Monday. I booked for new front brake pads as they are listed on the RAC app. I called before booking to ask if I could wait while the work was being done as public transport is poor and was told that’s ok. I arrived at 08.25 and was greeted, they immediately took my keys and car and all done half an hour later. Very helpful and friendly, I’ll definitely bring my car again.

Quoted £99 just for a diagnostic check then parts and labourat Halfords went to Top Auto Aldershot instead Top service and only charged £36 would highly recommend and will use again

Been here a few times after getting recommended by a friend. Couldn't be happy. They're much more fairly priced compared to some other garages in the area. As I'm mechanically minded I'm so what aware of what work is needed. The guys at Jordans Garage are honest and never charge for work that isn't necessarily needed. I've experienced this isn't the case with all garages. Most definitely recommend.

I rang jordans after my engine light came on following a fault code id put off investing due to being on maternity leave, I spoke to Lee on the Wednesday who was really helpful and fitted me in on the Friday. My mot was also due so I got this done and the diagnosis and I wasn’t surprised that I needed to get a few things sorted, I got a quote really quickly and I honestly couldn’t fault Lee! He kept me updated with everything, even sending me photos of the new parts fitted, didn’t use any mechanic lingo and just made me feel at ease with it all! My car is running like a dream! I moved to the area just over a year ago and it’s been so nice to find a garage that will now be my go to! Thanks so much Lee, couldn’t recommend you enough!

Amazing customer service. I booked an MOT for the same day online and had a phone call within ten minutes to arrange a time. Lee and the team went out of their way to offer support and advice on approaching the dealer to claim back the cost of failed parts. The work was completed quickly, and they even topped up the oil without cost when we realised it was very low. Excellent customer service isn't easy to find anymore, so Jordan’s approach has secured my future business.

Dave and team at Swift Test helped repaid our sad Volvo v90 in record time. It broke over the weekend, had it in with them on Monday, part ordered and fixed and back with us Wednesday. Could have even been Tuesday if the bolts weren't seized and needed time to soak. Their speed and willingness to always help, whilst been fair and honest with time and costs brings me back to Swifttest time and time again.

Very good and friendly Technicians. Very capable. Fixed my car when 3 other garages failed and/or could not be bothered. Only reason I did not go to Pantech first is cause I did now know they existed until a friend referred me to them. They have certainly won a customer and few cars to maintain.

Went today for a black circles fitting, only to find that their website had recommended and ordered the wrong size tyre. The guys in the office sourced the right size, sent someone to go and get them, and an hour later, they were on the car. I cancelled the black circles order and dealt with them directly, and the price was great, cheaper than the last two tyres of the same I had. Above and beyond service.

Apologies for previous review it was the fob which was faulty not your battery. I had as always prompt and good service, for the last two jobs I have come in for . This morning life saver if my fob battery dies I cannot open my landrover.Thank you for the magazine I was give last time. Friendly and good local garage need more of them.
