ABL were recommended when I urgently needed to replace a small part for my toilet cistern push flush. They managed to fix the part I already had, there & then, with a couple of small tweaks. Mike is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We wouldn't use anyone else for all of our plumbing needs. Mike has done everything from fitting new (difficult) bathrooms, general plumbing works (kitchen sink / waste / stack) to heating / boiler systems and have been impressed with the service provided throughout each time we've used him (10 plus times). I've also referred to family and friends (5 plus referrals), all of which have had excellent experiences. I'd like to thank Mike for the hard work and for always being there in an emergency.

Amazing customer service from start to finish with the purchases for our bathroom refit. Jack went above and beyond, giving advice and pointing out things we hadn't thought about, and looked at every detail. Therm Heat installed our heating system 9 years ago now. Been using them for the annual service since and they have always arrived on time and been brilliant every service. This year we had additional plumbing work done on out toilet, Nathan was the engineer this time and carried out all the work without fuss, very clean n tidy. Excellent quality and I always pass on Therm Heats details if people speak about their heating issues.

I contacted Therm Heat when my boiler stopped working on the morning of Christmas Eve, leaving me without heating or hot water. They responded very promptly and an engineer arrived within a few hours and the issue was swiftly fixed. I was impressed with the service and grateful to have the boiler fixed before Christmas, at such short notice. I would happily recommend Therm Heat.

Nathan fitted a new boiler and power flushed the system. He worked independently and kept us updated at all times as to what was required and what task he was completing. He was punctual, polite and worked in a tidy manner. The work was completed to an excellent standard and we are very happy with the service we received.

We used Therm Heat to replace a sealed heating system with an unvented cylinder system with new boiler, install a new gas line and hob and remove a gas fireplace. From quote to completion on the works, we couldn't be happier. Detailed and competitive quote and good communication to set a date. Nathan the engineer arrived promptly for the weeks work each day. I booked a boiler service a month in advance, expecting December to be a busy time. On the day I had a medical emergency so I called the office and explained to Louise. She immediately contacted the engineer and reorganised his schedule to accommodate my appointment. Nathan arrived on time and carried out the service quickly and efficiently. Omar from Actfast got our incredibly broken central heating system working again on one of the coldest weeks of the year. The system was broken in multiple places meaning it was difficult to diagnose the issue. As such Omar had to be very systematic about his approach to diagnosis and repairs. He communicated clearly what he was doing, why he had to do it, and what he thought the problems were. He provided an efficient, friendly and transparent service. We'd recommend Actfast to anyone.

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.
