We first met with Jenna in 2019, we were due our first baby and knew we needed a wedding planner to support us and help give us our dream wedding. One global pandemic, two babies and three wedding dates later, we finally had our dream wedding in May 2022. It was the best day of our lives and a lot of that lies with Jenna. Jenna not only exceeded expectations in her role as our wedding planner but has also, become our friend, hopefully for life. Jenna spent a lot of time with us discussing the vision we had for our wedding. She has a network of fantastic suppliers who are all professionals and industry experts in their fields. I have to call out the hair and make up team I had who made all of us feel so calm despite the task ahead of them. I can’t emphasise enough how reassuring it is to be supported by Jenna’s trusted suppliers - I know this personally having gone against jenna with my own make up artist…swiftly realising two weeks before the wedding that Jenna’s choice was better and on so many levels. There were a lot of ‘hiccups’ along our journey. The pandemic is undoubtedly one to call out and due to this we probably ended up being one of Jenna’s longest standing clients. It was an emotional time for all of us, jenna helped us navigate our way through the stress of this period and we never felt on our own with our thoughts. This is despite challenges Jenna must have been feeling given the enormous impact covid had on the wedding industry. The wedding day itself is when Jenna’s role really came into her own. The whole day was seamless from start to finish, we never once worried about timings or whether our guests were being looked after. Our only job that day was to enjoy ourselves which we did in style! If you need a wedding planner, you have found her!! I had the BEST experience with Jenna (I live in America and wanted to be wed at home, in England). I had absolutely zero worries and so my experience was so smooth and happy. There was nothing too big or too small that Jenna wasn't happy to do. We had many meetings online with the time difference yet no hindrance on communication and feeling special. Jenna is professional, so kind and makes your wedding feel its the only one she is organizing. I always felt heard and I just cannot recommend her enough!! I cannot recommend Jenna enough. My husband are I were living in the US whilst planning our wedding but we knew we wanted our wedding in the UK. I found Jenna through her instagram and after speaking with her, we knew she was the person we wanted to plan our wedding for us. Jenna is incredibly professional and takes out all the stress from planning. Every supplier she recommended to us were amazing and fit exactly with the original picture of what we wanted for the wedding. I enjoyed our monthly catch ups and she gave us great advice whenever we needed it. Her recommendations and insight on all aspects of the wedding were invaluable. She supported us through changing our wedding due to Covid and we had no issues moving our date and suppliers. On the day, she made everything run so smoothly and her assistant Frances was equally lovely and great at what she does. We could not have had the wedding we had if it were not for Jenna. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, supportive, a great person and gets the job done with no fuss, I'd advise you to work with Jenna.

Having worked with Jenna on a number of high profile parties and events. She is an outstanding event organiser, with an eye for detail matching her clients wants and needs. She works with the best possible suppliers & teams for her events, and interprets her clients wishes and requirements to ensure the best parties possible. As a result she deservedly can be described as the events planner to call on whatever the style or aspirations required. It continues to be a delight to work with her.

A big thank you to Paul and Danielle. My daughter had her baby shower earlier this year and in typical form, she does not follow tradition. In this I mean that she is having a baby boy but she has not decorated the nursery in blue and nor did she want much of anything in blue moving forward. This set us a challenge for the baby shower. Her color theme is sage green, mustard yellow and burnt orange. Her best friend and I visited the shop a few weeks ago and Danielle was very helpful and came up with the nearest options they had available during these difficult times of stock shortages they are experiencing, they were almost spot on. We also came away with some cute green baby shower napkins for the cupcakes. We were offered a cup of tea by Paul whilst we had the discussion and were shown various examples and options. On collection last Friday, Paul was very helpful in getting them into the car and sending me on my way with advice on how to store them to ensure they would be at their best for the Sunday. I always go to this shop for my kids birthday balloons! Their balloons last for ages! (literally, I end up having to pop them after a month as they're still bobbing around my house!). They have a great variety of not only balloons but cards, decorations, fancy dress, party bag gifts, bouncy castle hire... the list is endless! If they haven't got something you'll be guaranteed they'll know where to get it! I'm lucky to have this shop in the same village I live in, but even if they weren't I'd happily travel! Parking is really easy and staff really friendly! Highly recommend!

I've used event planners several times before for balloons. Most recently last Saturday for my sons 4th birthday. Large blue 4 helium balloon and several clusters of multi coloured latex helium. Staff understood straight away what I wanted. Arrived at venue on time , very efficient, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Excellent service, definitely recommend 👌👍🏼
