I had a deep tissue massage today to help with my back pain, and it was an incredible experience. Neene is so knowledgeable—she not only gave me an amazing treatment but also educated me on the possible causes of my discomfort, which I found really helpful. Her salon space is beautiful, calming, and the perfect place to unwind. She’s truly an expert at what she does! It was, without a doubt, the best massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve already booked my next two sessions. If you’re thinking about booking in, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it! I couldn’t recommend her more.

The best massages I have ever had. I went to Embellished for a full body massage (primarily for shoulder tension and tight hamstrings). I feel so amazing after every session and haven't had any pains with either complaints since. Neene is incredibly attentive, an amazing human and I also love all the work she is doing in oncology!

I would highly recommend Neene's services, she has been amazing. She is very attentive and really understands what clients are looking for. I have struggled with redness and inflammation and Neene was able to recommend the right treatments and has really helped my skin. Every visit is relaxing and luxurious, I would highly recommend!

Amazing pregnancy massages!! The bump cushion allows Neene to work your muscles as well as a traditional massage, and avoid having to lay on your side like most pregnancy massage options. Although she can also do this too if you don’t find the bump cushion for you. Neene is also just a lovely person too, she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! I’m so glad she was recommended to me.

Whatever Headmasters I go to, the staff are always friendly, well-trained and I love the atmosphere. There are usually great deals too. My hairdresser knew I was short on time, and did the fastest blow dry ever! But it still looked amazing. Thanks :)

Bonita is fantastic. She’s not only a talented hairdresser but also such a lovely lady. She gave me a beautiful pink colour I’ve always wanted, and when I decided to go back to blonde, she nailed it perfectly! Chloe did an amazing job on my hair. We chatted through what I was aiming for and she talked me through what would work and what we could achieve. I had a half head of foils and a toner run through and it looks amazing. Chloe blended the colour beautifully and it looks lifter and natural. She did a great job of checking in and making sure I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend having Chloe colour your hair!

I’m trying to grow my hair so didn’t need a lot being cut off. Ashleigh trimmed my fringe and cut into the back of my hair/neck to give some shape. Perfect 👌 see you in a few weeks

Ben always gives me a fantastic cut—he has an incredible eye for detail and really listens to what I want. Had a balayage done with Becki and she has transformed my hair! My hair is long and extremely thick and I have found it hard to find a salon that is able to work with my hair but Becki did a fantastic job! I absolutely love it and will 100% be going back to her in the future!

Laura has been cutting and colouring my hair since she opened the salon in 2013. She always listens to me and my opinions. She gives me lots of choices and advise. I would never go anywhere else. She is brilliant at cutting, restyling and colouring. She’s excellent and colours right down to the roots. I know she gets very very booked up so if you do manage to get an appointment then grab it with both hands because you’ll be so well looked after.

Great colouring and cut by Ewa. She is a true expert in colouring - makes you hair look so natural! She helped me with finding the right shade for my skin and eyes. I'm so happy - thank you!

Tangles has become my favourite local hair salon. I’ve been there a couple of times for Hair Botox and went home very happy and satisfied each time. Liz who did the treatment for me is always accommodating and friendly. She made me feel relaxed as she was very experienced, therefore gave out that level of confidence of what she’s doing. She was very patient and helpful by focusing on my hair’s problem areas. Unlike other hairdressers who seem to pressure you into other extras, Liz at Tangles was happy to just oblige with what I wanted to do with my hair. She gave helpful advice in terns of my hair treatment after-care and also made reasonable suggestions on how frequent my future treatments should be. I would definitely go back again and again. They have an amazing and very welcoming staff at Tangles. I would absolutely highly recommend Tangles to anyone looking for a hair salon they can trust and rely on for outstanding results. Five star service at a very reasonable price.

I really liked this place because it's cheap. Got hair washed and cut. Both were okay. Pretty good for the price. Decent haircut. I got fringe neatened and hair shortened and a bit of long layers. Simple. I will definitely be back. My hair is growing out nicely. Recommend this place if you're looking for a cheap good cut.

Having always had wavy, frizzy hair and spent a lot of time always tying it up, I booked an appointment with Lianne who went through step by step how to treat my curly hair and also a cut. It looks fabulous I have had lots of comments about how nice my hair is looking and I have almost mastered the sequence of hair care steps. Next appointment already booked. Highly recommend to anyone that struggles to I control their curls

I had the most fantastic afternoon of pampering at The Retreat with a pregnancy massage, pedicure, hair treatment and blow-dry and it was perfection! Trudy and Jon who did my treatments were both amazing and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I left the salon feeling so refreshed and relaxed and very much looking forward to booking in again soon - thank you!

Thank goodness I managed to follow my wonderful hairdresser Gemma from Ruby Mane to The Retreat. She was as professional and excellent as always and I was impressed with the layout and cleanliness of this salon. The receptionist was very friendly and competent. From beginning to end, everyone was so lovely and the amazing stylist Sky knew exactly everything I was asking for. The cut was so bouncy and Sky suggested a couple things from listening to how I felt about my hair which worked so well. Such as thickening the two strands at the front which were cut shorter because she heard me say how I liked to wear my hair in a claw clip. Sky is very talented and I would definitely come back to get my hair cut here. I love the feel and look of my very bouncy hair now! Thank you for a lovely experience!

The salon itself has a lovely feel to it. Full of satisfied people who are really enjoying their experiences. It is always clean and smells lovely. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. They listen to your requests but also advise without pushing their opinion onto you. They continually check if you are ok, if you need anything or if there is anything else they can do. They seem to really care about how you are feeling and keeping you happy. They also appear to be enjoying their job and it’s lovely to watch them all work together to help each other. There’s lots of laughter. I always love my trip to the Farnham branch of Toni & Guy.

Ana was so lovely and chatty and I felt so at ease around her! I was also blown away by her skill and ability to create exactly what I asked for. It was also such a lovely relaxing environment - I especially loved having my hair washed in the little spa room! Would recommend this salon to anybody who wants to be in safe hands.

Tallulah was fantastic! I showed her some inspiration pics and she combined all of them into one beautiful up-do! While also juggling having other clients having their colour and having to mix up toner. Was seamless and will definitely be going back to the salon soon!

Brilliant place. I took my son for his first haircut here. Slightly on the expensive side but we did decide to pay for the commemorative certificate and I think life is now just more expensive than before. The ladies were fab and experienced. Lovely place I'm glad I found it.

Been twice now with my 3 year old. Staff are friendly and put my lil' one at ease, has made him much happier about getting his haircut after he developed a bit of a phobia about it. The shop is bright and cheery, with cars to sit in, and cbeebies to watch whilst the staff work their magic! They even sell little treats for the children, great for motivating my son on his first visit. Another nice touch is the bell on the way out that my son loves ringing once he's sporting his fresh new 'do!
