I had a Glycolic Peel facial with Katie today. I’ve had quite a few facials over the years, and I can say without doubt that this was the best facial I have ever had. It relaxed me so deeply I floated out of the salon, and my skin is like glass. Amazing!

I went to visit Katie Tillyer at Susanne Savilles, for semi permanent eyebrows. This is a procedure that that I had wanted for the last couple of years, however having your eyebrows 'tattooed' on was a very nerve racking thought. Why did I wait so long!!!! From the moment I arrived the service I received was amazing, so professional and reassuring. This procedure takes a couple of visits. On my first visit Katie focused on getting the colour exactly right for my skin tone and requirements, along with the shaping of the eyebrow. (I didn't have much and had to apply makeup to them daily). Katie carried out the filling, this procedure took approx 2.5 hours. I was sent home with very thorough care process to follow and invited back for my 2nd round 2 months later. My next session took approx 1 hour, where Katie reviewed my brows and topped up the colour. Within 10 days my eyebrows had healed, although it takes approx 3 weeks to see the full effect. It's facinating to watch the changes in them it's like magic. One question why did I wait so long, I no longer have to use make up on them, I don't look washed out when I go makeup free for the day, I absolutely love them! The service and results I've received are fanstastic and I would strongly recomend anyone to go and see Katie to have theirs done, don't wait, do it! I have been a repeat customer at Susanne Saville for more than 3 years, this beauty saloon is exceptional. All the staff are very experienced and the treatments they carry out are high quality,leaving the customer feeling very pampered and improved! I usually have Rose as my beauty therapist, as well as being technically good at her job, she also has a friendly, relaxed manner and is a great listener. I highly recommend!

I visit Suzanne Saville regularly to get a massage from rose. It is the most relaxing wonderful massage imaginable! Rose is the best masseuse I have ever been to. She is a lovely person too and it’s such a good experience as not only is it relaxing but rose is great at working on areas of concern like my lower back and calves. It is one of the highlights of my month! I can’t recommend rose highly enough
