Martin’s simply fantastic and I wished he would cover the area I live in. He currently cares for my home’s gas and heating and is simply fantastic. Honest, reliable and knows exactly what he’s doing. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Over the winter we've had three visits from Perry and George. Each time they were on time, got the job done efficiently and the contact from the company was perfect. First time was an emergency, on 22nd December which was stressful. George was here in less than 2 hours and we were up and running in less than an hour. Second time was a full service, third time was replacing parts that had been picked up on the service. The boiler hadn't had any love for years. They got us back on track with boiler maintenance for a boiler we're not worried about now.

They have been absolutely fantastic, I had a leak which was bungled by another plumbing firm, but Kingwood came and sorted it all out without fuss. Everyone involved from their management to the plumbers themselves were very nice and professional. They came when they said they would and was very reasonable in what they charged. The leak from the toilet cistern was more than I felt competent to tackle, so I was extremely grateful when Mark and his mate turned up at the at the time I'd arranged with Lisa, and fixed the leak with the minimum of fuss and mess. I will certainly be turning to Kingwood again for those plumbing jobs that inevitably crop up in older houses like ours.

We have worked with Kingwood for many years in the installation and maintenance of our plumbing system, co-ordinating the system within our 6 bedroom London house. I cannot praise them highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and competitively priced. What has impressed us most is that they really take ownership and pride in their work - I have even had the owner of the company turn up on weekends and late at night to address any problems (which have been very few) at short notice. Workmanship and duty of care has been impeccable. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mark and his team. Also helps that they are really nice people too!

Lee was absolutely amazing in firstly sorting out a leak we had and then installing a new bathroom suite. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

I had been struggling with the removal and installation of new bath taps for a couple of days, before giving up and deciding to call a professional. After a Google search, I called Ben Hunter at Plumbing For Good Ltd. Luckily Ben was able to visit the same day and after some similar struggles, he persevered and drawing on his experience, skills and using the professional tools, he was able to remove the old “limescale clogged” taps and install a new set of taps. This professional job was done with a minimum of disruption to the bathroom and in less than 2 hours. Ultimately, I was very glad I had called Ben at Plumbing For Good Ltd.

A man hole in our shared drive had become blocked. We contacted Flow Drains and fortunately they were in the area completing a job. Ashley arrived and carried out a top notch job which I'm certain others would have given up. He saved me a huge amount of money in the process. Highly recommend his services - super professional.

Called at 15:45 on a Sunday, arrived well within expected ETA, and was done by 16:42, Drains blocked with fat, the job was explained a grate needed to be broken and was asked to okay, and within seconds the drain was unlocked. NB - This is a small, one-man business, with someone who cares about the job and his reputation (a very different experience from calling out a larger firm when sometimes the employees don’t seem to care and only do the minimum).

Excellent service. I was having serious problems with my toilet and bathtub. Every time I flushed the loo, it wouldn't flush. Instead it would fill up with water, get blocked and then water would start coming up through my bath tub drain hole. When I switched on the sink tap, my blocked toilet started filling with water and flowing onto the bathroom floor. I couldnt use my loo, I couldnt have a shower. It was a desperate situation. I called out Dyno Plumbing. They were useless, messed me around and couldn't fix it. They wasted my whole day. Then I checked online and found this company Flow Drains Ltd and I saw that they had good reviews. So I decided to give them a try. They sent one of their engineers over to take a look. His name was Duncan. Duncan was brilliant and fixed the problem in about half an hour. What Dyno Plumbing couldn't fix in a whole day, Duncan fixed in about half an hour. And their fees are very reasonable too. If you've got any drainage or blockage problems, don't use Dyno Plumbing, use Flow Drains Ltd. Excellent company. I highly recommend.

This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before. I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. So grateful to Dicky at R & G plumbing, immediately got back to me when contacted, came promptly the next day as arranged and sorted my heating issue immediately. (I had previously had someone else out who had "apparently done it", but hadn't!!) Dicky went above and beyond to check the whole system including safety of a gas fire and didn't charge me for any of the additional care. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has since helped with further issues, given free advice and been there at the end of the phone to advise with any plumbing/heating issues that arise. His communication and customer care is nothing short of excellent, his work is of an exceptionally high standard and also extremely good value. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I can't speak highly enough of the service from R&G Plumbing Services! Our boiler broke down early this morning, and after calling at 9:30am, Dicky was at our door within an hour and a half. In just 15 minutes, he had identified the issue and the part required, and within the hour, it was obtained and installed. Remarkably, our boiler was back up and running within just a few hours, including an annual service. If there's service better than this, I'd love to see it! We’ll now be using R&G Plumbing Services annually for our boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!
