I've used Crown Plumbing Services for a couple of years now in rental properties that I manage, for various work from emergency leak repairs to annual boiler/gas CH servicing. Crown Plumbing just did my annual boiler service. Jack the engineer arrived as scheduled, phoning me 20 mins before to let me know he would be arriving. He was very tidy. Did a thorough job on the boiler service and highlighted some items that would need attention at next service. The cost was as advertised and in my opinion represented good value for money. Very happy with overall experience.

After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. When I read the reviews of this guy I thought he sounds amazing and he is from my own personal experience.

We highly recommend Tom. He has replaced and serviced our central heating system for several years. He has also replaced our shower door and shower valve which wasn't straight forward, despite this Tom did the job professionally within the quote he had given us even though he had to come back several times. All work was done to a high standard. Tom is very approachable and is happy to explain all aspects of the work. To find a good reliable tradesman is difficult we will keep using Tom's services.

I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. So grateful to Dicky at R & G plumbing, immediately got back to me when contacted, came promptly the next day as arranged and sorted my heating issue immediately. (I had previously had someone else out who had "apparently done it", but hadn't!!) Dicky went above and beyond to check the whole system including safety of a gas fire and didn't charge me for any of the additional care. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has since helped with further issues, given free advice and been there at the end of the phone to advise with any plumbing/heating issues that arise. His communication and customer care is nothing short of excellent, his work is of an exceptionally high standard and also extremely good value. He goes above and beyond for his customers. This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before. I needed urgent installation and they made the effort to fit us in as quickly as possible. Glow Maintenance are the best. Nigel and Don are very skilled and reliably good humoured. I wouldn't use anyone else. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Over the winter we've had three visits from Perry and George. Each time they were on time, got the job done efficiently and the contact from the company was perfect. First time was an emergency, on 22nd December which was stressful. George was here in less than 2 hours and we were up and running in less than an hour. Second time was a full service, third time was replacing parts that had been picked up on the service. The boiler hadn't had any love for years. They got us back on track with boiler maintenance for a boiler we're not worried about now.
