I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! Would definitely recommend this plumbing company to others!

Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

I've used Crown Plumbing Services for a couple of years now in rental properties that I manage, for various work from emergency leak repairs to annual boiler/gas CH servicing. Crown Plumbing just did my annual boiler service. Jack the engineer arrived as scheduled, phoning me 20 mins before to let me know he would be arriving. He was very tidy. Did a thorough job on the boiler service and highlighted some items that would need attention at next service. The cost was as advertised and in my opinion represented good value for money. Very happy with overall experience.

We highly recommend Tom. He has replaced and serviced our central heating system for several years. He has also replaced our shower door and shower valve which wasn't straight forward, despite this Tom did the job professionally within the quote he had given us even though he had to come back several times. All work was done to a high standard. Tom is very approachable and is happy to explain all aspects of the work. To find a good reliable tradesman is difficult we will keep using Tom's services.

Ashley is great. Did the job. Quick, efficient and thorough, and very reasonably priced. Showed me everything via cctv while he was there. NB - This is a small, one-man business, with someone who cares about the job and his reputation (a very different experience from calling out a larger firm when sometimes the employees don’t seem to care and only do the minimum).

A man hole in our shared drive had become blocked. We contacted Flow Drains and fortunately they were in the area completing a job. Ashley arrived and carried out a top notch job which I'm certain others would have given up. He saved me a huge amount of money in the process. Highly recommend his services - super professional.

Excellent service. I was having serious problems with my toilet and bathtub. Every time I flushed the loo, it wouldn't flush. Instead it would fill up with water, get blocked and then water would start coming up through my bath tub drain hole. When I switched on the sink tap, my blocked toilet started filling with water and flowing onto the bathroom floor. I couldnt use my loo, I couldnt have a shower. It was a desperate situation. I called out Dyno Plumbing. They were useless, messed me around and couldn't fix it. They wasted my whole day. Then I checked online and found this company Flow Drains Ltd and I saw that they had good reviews. So I decided to give them a try. They sent one of their engineers over to take a look. His name was Duncan. Duncan was brilliant and fixed the problem in about half an hour. What Dyno Plumbing couldn't fix in a whole day, Duncan fixed in about half an hour. And their fees are very reasonable too. If you've got any drainage or blockage problems, don't use Dyno Plumbing, use Flow Drains Ltd. Excellent company. I highly recommend.

Turned up within an hour of calling them. Spent a good long while fixing big problem previous plumber unable to resolve. The charge was really reasonable cannot rate highly enough. Plus got to look in the drains with the camera They looked sparkly clean!

So grateful to Dicky at R & G plumbing, immediately got back to me when contacted, came promptly the next day as arranged and sorted my heating issue immediately. (I had previously had someone else out who had "apparently done it", but hadn't!!) Dicky went above and beyond to check the whole system including safety of a gas fire and didn't charge me for any of the additional care. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has since helped with further issues, given free advice and been there at the end of the phone to advise with any plumbing/heating issues that arise. His communication and customer care is nothing short of excellent, his work is of an exceptionally high standard and also extremely good value. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I can not recommend Dicky highly enough.

I can't speak highly enough of the service from R&G Plumbing Services! Our boiler broke down early this morning, and after calling at 9:30am, Dicky was at our door within an hour and a half. In just 15 minutes, he had identified the issue and the part required, and within the hour, it was obtained and installed. Remarkably, our boiler was back up and running within just a few hours, including an annual service. If there's service better than this, I'd love to see it! We’ll now be using R&G Plumbing Services annually for our boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!

Charlie was extremely responsive, coming out within an hour in the evening to look at a boiler fault that had stopped us from having heating or hot water. He diagnosed the problem, as well as ensuring we had a temporary solution for that evening. The next day he came back with a replacement for the faulty part and fixed it promptly. We had a central heating shut down. I try and use local services where possible and called Ashtead plumbing and heating. Charlie was very helpful and despite working all of Saturday, still found time to call by on his way home and diagnose the problem which was a faulty water pump. Two days later as promised on Monday morning The job was completed for less than he had estimated which was a bonus! Charlie was polite, friendly, and professional. Our heating packed up on Friday, just in time for the weekend! Charlie kindly squeezed us in on Friday afternoon, after a quick assessment of the situation he told us what was needed and that he'd get the new parts ASAP. Sure enough he was back first thing Monday and replaced the broken parts quickly and efficiently. Very happy indeed. Clear explanations of everything he was doing and advice on how to make the best out of our boiler/heating system etc. Nice chap and great service!

I used Alloy Plumbing a few times as I had multiple issues with my combi boiler and I was very happy with the service I received. Each time i needed their services a lovely man called Terry came to help. I was very impressed that Terry wore the plastic boot covers every time he came to my house. Terry was punctual and always on time as he would let me know when he was coming or 20 minutes away. A big thank you to Terry as he resolved all of my problems.
