I've used the boys from GU Gas Services multiple times, and they’ve consistently delivered outstanding service. They are always quick to arrive, diagnose the issue promptly, and carry out the work to a high standard. They also make sure everything is left clean and tidy, which is much appreciated. On this latest occasion, I had some boiler issues. True to form, they were quick to respond, identified the problem efficiently, and completed the repair with a thoroughly professional approach. Brilliant lads! Extremely polite and friendly. Came out quickly and had all parts needed to fix and replaced mid position valve. Reasonably priced and efficient. Really impressed with their work. I have called them out twice for 2 different jobs and will call again if needed! Totally recommend!!!

I had a fantastic experience with this service! They arrived right on time and worked efficiently while keeping the area clean and tidy. I appreciated that they wore sleeves over their shoes to protect the carpet, which showed real attention to detail. The team was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Brilliant service by the two gentleman who arrived to repair our boiler. After a short conversation with the engineers, I grasped they are very experienced. Steve’s been our plumber for about 12 years now and is always great at reaching out when we need our boiler serviced. Whilst he was here I noticed that one of our radiators was hanging off the wall on one side. He was happy to fix this whilst he as over. He’s a neat and tidy worker and always a pleasure to have working in the house.

Had a leaking pipe which was discovered on a bank holiday. Mint were able to attend first thing next morning and fix the problem, no problem at all. Excellent service!

I can't speak highly enough of the service from R&G Plumbing Services! Our boiler broke down early this morning, and after calling at 9:30am, Dicky was at our door within an hour and a half. In just 15 minutes, he had identified the issue and the part required, and within the hour, it was obtained and installed. Remarkably, our boiler was back up and running within just a few hours, including an annual service. If there's service better than this, I'd love to see it! We’ll now be using R&G Plumbing Services annually for our boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!

So grateful to Dicky at R & G plumbing, immediately got back to me when contacted, came promptly the next day as arranged and sorted my heating issue immediately. (I had previously had someone else out who had "apparently done it", but hadn't!!) Dicky went above and beyond to check the whole system including safety of a gas fire and didn't charge me for any of the additional care. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has since helped with further issues, given free advice and been there at the end of the phone to advise with any plumbing/heating issues that arise. His communication and customer care is nothing short of excellent, his work is of an exceptionally high standard and also extremely good value. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I can not recommend Dicky highly enough.

Great plumber! He managed to fit us in, worked on a timer so really honest. Really friendly and helpful! Great with my dog too who can be a bit nervous of people in the house. This us the second time I've used him and I will definitely use him again.

Mark has been my plumber for a number of years and always gives great service. He's done emergency repairs (shower pump replacement, leaks) and scheduled work (boiler, underfloor heating, servicing) and he's always polite, accommodating and professional.

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Nigel was patient and polite right from the off. Having contacted numerous other providers, Nigel offered a pragmatic approach to investigating the problems with our Megaflo (others said we needed a replacement without setting eyes on it). He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, took the time to show me what he was doing and to ensure everything was just right. His diligence lead him to find a critical problem with another component which he remedied there and then. The result was the continued, safe, use of our water system. Nigel arrive on time and check the unvented cylinder very thoroughly a valve had to be replaced which he could do at the same time. Very please with his work would definitely recommend.

Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

I've used Attimo Plumbing & Heating 3 times in the last 12 months. Once to install a new central heating boiler, replace a faulty central heating timer and most recently to fix a radiator not heating up + a leaking toilet.
