Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

Fantastic, professional and very helpful company. Used them twice now. Bought a new house and water wouldn't work. They arrived quickly and resolved the problem immediately with no charge. Simon has been loooking after our boiler and plumbing for at least 10 years, and I can’t recommend him enough! He does our annual boiler services reliably and always responds quickly in emergencies. When my boiler broke down during the first cold night of winter, Simon came the very next day, sourced the replacement part, and had everything working again in no time. I’ve used the team for two issues, both of which they sorted out brilliantly. First, my mother’s heating system stopped working. Tracking down the issue was made very complicated by my late father having rewired the whole system himself to a “bespoke” set up. Despite this the guys would not be bested and tracked down the fault to a faulty diverter valve, something only possible once they had understood the rather special setup. All now works perfectly without needing to fully rewire everything. Second, my boiler had a fault which two previous plumbers could not diagnose, one of which was an engineer sent out by Glow Worm. Again the guys persevered and correctly diagnosed the fault. Unfortunately it meant a new boiler, but they sourced one quickly and did a perfect installation. I was not pressured to get a new boiler - they were keen to show me that a new boiler was the cost-effective solution compared to repair but it was always my choice, and post installation evidence has shown they were right. All work done quickly, politely and at a very fair price. Faultless and would highly recommend (have already done so to a friend).

The company was recommended by a friend, and what a good thing that was. Jordan is very professional and knowledgeable. We had a central heating problem which was quickly diagnosed. Had the guys round to quote a boiler replacement. Their quote was the best price I had received from any engineers in the area. They carried out the works promptly and professionally and kept me closely updated throughout the whole process. Even better, they were really respectful around covid preferences and kept their masks on the entire time. They even disinfected the entire are after, which was a real touch of class. I would highly recommend Dennis. Super service from start to finish. Dennis identified and resolved our ongoing underfloor heating issues within 30minutes. There was no call out charge or other silly fees. He charged us for 30 minutes labour despite being at the property for over an hour. Will be using for our regular services going forward. Brilliant!

Our 17-year-old boiler started to leak recently. After getting a couple of quotes for installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler, I chose Boilergurus to do the work as they have good reviews, their estimate was competitive and they could fit our job in quickly. Lydia in the office was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Michal and Adrian who did the work were knowledgeable, approachable and very hard-working. The boiler was installed in one day so our heating was back on by the evening. There were a couple of small snags to address afterwards, which were resolved a couple of days later. My only slight reservation is that it was clear the guys have no slack in their schedule, so it’s difficult for them if anything unexpected happens – I imagine the run up to Christmas is particularly busy, so this may not always be the case. Overall, a very good experience with Boilergurus.

I’ve had a first class experience with Boilergurus. From the initial call where the problem was easily identified and cost worked out up front. Great communication throughout so I knew what was going on and with a very knowledgeable hardworking engineer was able to get the recent issue resolved quickly. From first point of contact, Oliver was very helpful and informative and kept me up to date with everything. Oliver quickly organised his engineer to come out to us. My central heating system was very old and inefficient and when one of the radiators sprung a leak I contacted Wing's Property Service. I am so glad that I did - they came along and changed all of my radiators with the minimum disturbance and then took the time to power flush and service the system and leave me with a super efficient set up which will serve me well into the future. I could not recommend them enough - the owner Ollie is very enthusiastic and fully committed to customer service and his staff are knowledgeable and skilled. Undoubtedly Wing's Property Services is now my go to plumber!

We have had our boiler replaced and moved into the loft and out the way, as recommended by Ollie because in future we plan to remodel the kitchen and didn’t want the boiler in the way. From the initial enquiry to completion of works Ollie and his team have been so professional, transparent and informative. As inconvenient as it is having renovations at home, this team were absolutely fantastic - clean, on time, and efficient, hardly made any noise. I only found out after the job was completed that Ollie ran into some unexpected troubles with our old pipes being in bad shape but he fixed all issues without even bothering us once. The price given was very fair given the quality of work, and I would certainly recommend this company in future with confidence.
