The engineer was extremely friendly and professional and sourced the leak issue quickly and efficiently. He was also able to provide insurance advice which was really helpful. First time that I use this company and supper happy with the result. Problem with my boiler (pressure was going down due to leak). Next day, John arrived on time, as scheduled. He spent almost 4 hours. He went through the whole house to inspect, found the leak, removed the tile in the bathroom and fixed. I have had to deal with quite few guys recently due to ongoing works at home and I can confirm that John is among the best 2. Well organized, Tide and Clean and most important he fixed my problem. I contacted J&G Drains in relation to our Flooded Yard. Within in a couple of hours 2 guys were on site despite the Company being obviously very busy considering the exceptional amount of rain we'd just had. There is issues with our soakaway, they offered temporary fixes & advice on long term fixes. I would definitely recommend J&G.

Slow draining toilet and bath. Let down by another company so called these guys. They were out within an hour. Rates extremely competitive. Problem identified to roots growing in the sewage pipe and quickly cleared and the backlog cleared. They would be 5* other than the fact they only take cash or cheque and I was unable to pay using debit card so had to nip down the shop to get some cash out. Otherwise it was a brilliant service and I would recommend to anyone. They don't rip you off which is my primary concern when using a trade I don't know.
