Josh came out immediately despite it being his day off. He was extremely helpful and keen to come up with the best solution not just solve my immediate emergency. He was friendly and professional and got everything done quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Josh for help with a slightly complex job - installing a pipe to run under the kitchen floor from the mains supply to provide plumbing to a fridge/freezer on the other side of the room. Josh came round within a couple of days of my call, had a look at the job and was able to think quickly and creatively solve the issue by passing a pipe under the floor from a small hatch under an appliance - I am delighted because we didn't have to pull up any of the floor, and we only have a tiny hole in the floor behind the fridge for the pipe! Everything works nicely and his rate of pay was reasonable for the time and effort this job required! I wouldn't hesitate to call Josh again the next time I have a plumbing job - thanks!

Very pleased with the work Josh did today fixing a dripping overflow pipe. Before the visit he kept in touch via texts, arrived promptly, worked well, explaining the problem and how he had fixed it. He is returning in the New Year having ordered a part for a different problem. I would recommend Josh.

Contacted Blakeley Plumbing as we needed our en-suite shower renovated. Right from the initial investigation visit Steve was friendly, honest, and professional, and once a quote had been agreed the works were completed quickly and to a very high standard by him and his team. A follow-up quality check visit was then completed within a week, and ongoing support gladly offered by Steve should we have any further queries. Definitely recommended.

Reached out to Blakeley plumbing online, sent some pictures and got a very reasonable quote for the work.(installation of new shower cubicle not supplied by Blakeley). Two guys completed the installation perfectly, bathroom looks great. Would happily recommend their services again!

My landlord asked these gentlemen to install new radiators throughout the flat. Over three days they were professional, flexible and friendly. These guys are fantastic. In February our gas heating and hot water had broken down. Very few heating or plumbing engineers could understood the whole system, leaving us freezing for days. Paul, Aaron and Niall knew exactly what the problems were. They made the right repairs quickly, restoring warmth to our house. I would thoroughly recommend them. I called PES after the first plumbers I called out couldn't solve the problem of why our underfloor heating wasn't working. PES figured out what the problem was and sorted it out with good humour and efficiency. I was so grateful to them for restoring our heating as the two nights we were without it it was -2 outside! I am also relieved to now know if anything else goes wrong with our underfloor heating they are the guys to call.

PES attended our house after our boiler packed up. The service is simply first class. Not only did they fight our corner by ringing the manufacturers and securing a free part after the part broke...twice; they also ensured that we paid as little as possible in terms of labour. Lovely to see a family business run so well and a lovely family too. Don't even think about going elsewhere.

I'll admit I had a tiny bit of worry after reading the 2 bad reviews on here but decided to get these guys to service our boiler and underfloor heating.
