Having tried Swale Heating and others, the Heatsource team were the only ones that would attempt to fix my boiler given the restricted access in the cupboard that it’s in. I use Heatsource every year to service my boiler before the winter sets in and I cannot fault them, they are so polite and cheerful and professional, everything is done with the minimum of fuss and mess and they checked all of the radiators as well as the boiler and flue etc. I have also used them to install a new boiler and radiator and a gas cooker. They have recently been to check the boiler at my daughter’s flat that had a fault and again we could not praise them enough for their attention to detail and professionalism.
I feel so happy to recommend them to anyone.
I had a really old central heating system. The thermostat failed and i couldn't get a replacement. Heatsource worked hard to find a solution to replace the control system always mindful of the cost. They replaced the system with a much more modern Tado system. The after install support was brilliant. I would happily recommend them.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Heatsource attended my property to do a power flush on my heating system. Kept me informed of situation and what was required. Arrived promptly and followed up with customer satisfaction call. Will definitely use again for my annual boiler service. Strongly recommend.
