The centre is clean, tidy and a calm environment. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. The dentist Ian is fantastic! I have been a nervous patient for years, but I'm not anymore. He is calm, patient and straight forward in his approach. He speaks in easy to understand terms and is realistic. Dentists can sometimes make you feel like a school child who hasn't done their homework (flossing!), he is not one of those. Ian gives advice and is as the practice name would suggest... gentle! I would highly recommend this practice.

My hygienist Mohamed always provides a reassuring experience during appointments. I appreciate the feedback I receive about my teeth and feel comfortable asking questions if needed. Both he and his assistant are friendly and welcoming, which helps me feel relaxed and less anxious. Shami, the receptionist, is consistently polite and kind, and the entire team is attentive and professional. Thank you very much for the excellent care!

Dr.Kam is professional and always professional & always Pain free treatment The whole team has a fantastic customer service skills. Hygienist Lina is very good and also very professional. Always will get a lovely cup of tea when I come to the practice.

I hadn't been to Kams office for a few years now, no need as he did a great job with my implants. Today he checked them and after 4yrs still perfect. I did see the hygienist 6 months ago, from one of his other Dental locations. The care concern and expertise still remain at a high standard.
