Can't fault the service, prompt response to the issue and pain being experienced, friendliness of the receptionist, and diligence of the dentist (Shane) and after care email and telephone call following an extraction. No pain associated with the treatment but cost associated with non-NHS dentistry would frighten many (hence 4*)

I cannot recommend Dr. Vanesha Patel at Crossways Dental in Coulsdon highly enough! From the moment I walked in, her warm and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. Dr. Patel has an incredible ability to explain treatments in a way that is clear, thorough, and reassuring, making me feel completely informed and confident about my dental care. Her skill and precision in carrying out the treatment were truly impressive. She worked with such care and attention to detail, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. As an anxious dental patient from childhood, I have found going to the dentist an immensely traumatic experience - until I started to attend the Kenley Dental Practice. Astraea the receptionist is always polite, helpful and calm. Evelyn the dental nurse is very reassuring, caring and professional. I had to have an unscheduled extraction recently and Dr Patel explained all the alternative treatments very clearly. Once I had opted for the extraction, his work was efficient, painless and swift. I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasn’t worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place I’m so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing I’m in very safe hands . Thank you .

I am most definitely not a fan of dentists. Today I had an amazing experience. Dr Kataria was such a caring patient person. Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. He is a very thoughtful person understanding the patient needs and making sure they are met. The technical experience he showed today was above and beyond. Dr Kataria showed so much patient with the treatment. I have never had such caring treatment and felt so relaxed. I left the dentist today feeling I had such a position experience . I was never in any discomfort during the treatment. Dr Katarias assistant was equally caring. I would have no doubt at all in reminding Dr Kataria

Our family has been going to the White House Dental and Implant Centre for over five years. The service from everyone is first-class. Everyone is friendly and our dentist and hygienist explain everything clearly. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Dental practice. Cannot recommend or praise it enough. The staff are so lovely and helpful; Mr Philips and Sanjay are the best dentists I’ve ever had - gentle, honest, caring and very personable. I’ve been coming to the White House dental Practice since I was a child in the mid 90s (Before it went fully private). Even after moving 20 miles away, I still come here. I developed a fear of dentists after moving to another practice in my teens but since returning to the White House that fear has completely gone!

I have recently had a large filling replaced by a lovely lady dentist at this practice. She removed a 26 year old filling that had been done at this practice. I had not been to the dentist for 11 years as I'm an extremely nervous patient. The staff here are wonderful. So kind and genuine. The young lady at reception was so genuinely kind and empathetic to customers both 9n the phone and in person. They should all be proud of the 3xemplary service they provide. My filling is perfect! I cant even feel I've had anything done! Amazing service all round.

This practise is the very best in every way! I used to be terrified of the dentist until I found Shaun and now I completely trust them. From the time you ring and speak to the receptionist to when you're being helped by the dental assistant and finally to treatment, service is excellent. They all go the extra mile. I had been having such horrendous dental pain for the longest time. Townend managed to book me in for an emergency appointment a few months ago and since coming here all my pain has completely disappeared. I required some dental extractions and I had a huge fear of the dentist but this practise has truly been so incredibly warm and welcoming. From the receptionist to the dental nurses and the dentists themselves, such an incredible team full of brilliant service and compassion that goes such a long way. Thank you for all your help, I can finally go about my day to day without being in excruciating pain and crying all the time.

A friendly, efficient and well resourced practice. The appointment reminder system is excellent and very hard to ignore. The only thing that irritates me a little is the use of online questionnaires to try to sell me additional services.

I have had a good experience here. Dr Patel is thorough with his examination and gives a care plan with options where available. Going to a dental clinic is something i never look forward to but the team are nice and i don’t feel like I’m being fleeced. There’s a small parking to the rear of the building as well, which is always helpful.

The best dentist I've ever had Puts your mind at ease pain less frenly clean

Went to Caterham Dene Minor Injuries Unit this morning. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, I was triaged quickly then saw the senior nurse practitioner, had an x-,ray and then another consultation with the practitioner. Diagnosis - broken ankle. Fitted with a walking boot, clear instructions given about how to manage the break and what would happen next. Very impressive and all done in under 2 hours. Every HCP introduced themselves and explained the process. All very friendly - an absolutely excellent service! Thank you, NHS and Caterham Dene.

Visited the clinic on Boxing day morning with a burn on my leg. I must say the reception and medical staff were amazing and so very helpfull. Thankyou for all you do guy's.
