There will never be enough words to describe how truly thankful we are for Alice and the team and all that they did for us when planning our wedding. Alice always went above and beyond, catching flights with me to scout out wedding venues in Mallorca, Lake Como and Rome to constantly being on hand for any query or question I had, forever acting as the calming force to put my mind at ease and assure me that everything would be ok. And wow, it was certainly more than ok! I have never experienced anything like it in my life! There’s something truly magical when your vision and your wedding planners style align and mine and Alice’s certainly did that. She created the most perfect wedding day that I will never be able to thank her enough for. It’s been a huge journey to get to the wedding day and planning a destination wedding is no small feat, negotiating with suppliers and the venue in Italy as well as organising UK based suppliers to fly over to Rome, it’s been a lot of work and a lot of back and forth to ensure the perfect day, but from start to finish everything flowed so effortlessly and what Alice and the team created was something out of a fairytale and absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Not to mention Alice and the team pulled the wedding together in 8 short months which is a credit to her organisational skills in itself. Every detail was considered and perfectly executed and her energy throughout the entire wedding planning process was faultless. Sometimes in life you just click with people and right from our very first meeting I knew we would hit it off, countless texts, a lot of video calls and a lot of delays in airports and it’s safe to say now that the wedding is over, I have a very big Alice shaped hole in my life. I am one of those girls that loves weddings and had been thinking about and talking about my own wedding since I was little. I was so excited to be a bride, and I am SO SO SO happy I hired Alice. Alice and her team also planned a backyard garden pool party in Greenwich Connecticut that all the Garden Club ladies said felt like a Slim Aarons Photograph. Looking back on my wedding weekend now. Bianca was recommended as the ‘go to girl’ to organise my daughter’s 21st birthday and I couldn’t be happier. Initially I was quite worried as it was a small gathering but Bianca gave as much effort and dedication as if were a large event. Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with both in the run up to the night and on the night of our event itself. Tom and his team at ST Events were unbelievable. From the first time we spoke I knew we had found the right DJ and planner for us. Tom is calm, friendly, professional and clearly knows his stuff. We told him what type of party we wanted and he made it happen seamlessly. At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!!
