At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. We used TWA for our daughter's quite large wedding recently - Chris and team are nothing short of amazing! They made super recommendations in the planning stage on venue, caterers, bands - you name it, they had ideas. They very helpfully nudged us along in the early stages and then when we started to get nervous closer to the big day, Chris and team reassured and always came back with reasons to feel secure that the event was in good hands. On the day, they were superb from the early morning start all the way through to the end. We have nothing but immense praise for this talented group of organisers and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I can’t recommend the Wedding Arrangers enough. They helped suggest amazing suppliers that made our day, answered questions before we’d thought of them and made the day run so smoothly. My partner and I decided to get married five months after getting engaged, which many people told us was a wild idea. We hit the ground running but realised the dry hire route that we wanted required professional guidance. Along came the Wedding Arrangers. From the initial meet-up with Chris and Emma, they instilled calm and excitement in us that the wedding we were after was possible even with our narrow time frame. Their extensive network of caterers, drink offerings, room decorations and music options brought to life the day we had envisaged but thought improbable. The food and drink throughout the day was beautiful and has had people raving about since. The on the day organisation was fantastic. At all points was either Chris or Emma close by to ensure the day flowed smoothly and all pressure was removed from us. It was our special day and we honestly wouldn't change any of it. I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

Less than a year before our wedding, we contacted Tala at UCG Luxury Destination Events to be our wedding planner. Tala herself came highly recommended through friends and word of mouth, and from the moment we met, I could see this was by far the best decision we could make. My husband and I live in London but our families are in different parts of the world. To quickly organise a personal, beautiful, heartfelt, fun wedding for 130 guests coming from all corners of the globe was daunting to us, but a piece of cake for UCG! Tala got to work immediately by getting to know us personally and then asking us the right questions in order to shortlist and organise viewings of venues in the city as well as in the nearby countryside that would fit within our wants, needs, budget, and overall vibe of what we wanted for our wedding. She found us the most beautiful manor house/events hall in Surrey (easy access for our guests – an hour from the city and near Heathrow Airport) that provided the "English Garden" beauty, romanticism and escapism we wanted to highlight for our guests coming from the Middle East, the US, and other parts of the UK during the summer of 2022. They even had wild peacocks roaming around the gardens! From then on and throughout the planning, UCG remained incredible – and we are still just so grateful. Tala's attention to detail, speed at which she would organise the next thing on "the list", her professionalism, rapport with vendors, her joyful and friendly demeanour kept us calm during what is known to be a stressful time! No matter what silly question we had or what anxious feeling we had, Tala was there. To hire someone who became a good friend was just the icing on top. She drove with us to flower vendors, she dealt with negotiations, we would bounce ideas off of each other, she would scour the net to find things we didn't even think of, all to add that extra personal touch. Tala worked tirelessly to make our vision come to life, and did it all with a smile. Many wedding/event planners just do what they've outlined in the contract, but not UCG – they go above and beyond. The morning after our wedding, Tala had organised a box for me of little mementos from the night! Honestly, thanks to UCG's impeccable planning, we did not have one stress on our wedding day. I don't even think there were any "fires" to put out because they are that amazing. Our wedding guests even praised the effortless, loving atmosphere during our special day and knew it was all down to UCG. So i got scammed by another marquee company that stopped all communication on the day of my daughter’s party. I contacted MK events on the day of the party and they were amazing! They confirmed they could help me at such short notice and set up a marquee in my garden in an hour! Professional, punctual and go above and beyond for a customer. Events by MK provided wonderful service for a funeral reception. The event was large with hover 200 people and they were able to decorate with the required specification in time to a high standard. They are competitively priced and I would recommend this company. I found the staff to be respectful of the occasion, thorough and hard working. Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. All it took was one phone to Sanj from crystal events and designs, explaining how I needed a balloon delivering to my dad last minute for his birthday. Sanj sorted the printing, placing the money inside, designing the final touches with feathers and tassels at his own initiative. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. The whole thing, from choosing a venue to designing a menu, to table plans, the band, the cake, and the day itself. I’m only sorry it’s all over. I can safely say it would have been a very different experience without Vanessa. She dealt with the unexpected effortlessly and allowed my husband and me to relax and take it all in.
