Philip and team redid the roof of our house, that hadn't been touched for decades and was leaking. They transformed it into a warm roof and we couldn't be happier with the results - the pictures below speak for themselves, and the house has been warm, dry and cosy this winter. We appreciated in particular: - the high level of detail of the quote - the efficiency of the team - one week to do the work, including bringing extra staff at the beginning as soon as the rain stopped. - the level of attention, care and pride in the work that we noticed all along the works. - the guarantees and insurance provided for the future.

We are currently working on a high spec project in London and the client had attended the Ideal Home Show where she looked at the product on offer by Fibrespan. Owning a flat roofed Edwardian house provided an opportunity to improve the thermal insulation of our house. We contracted Philip of Fibrespan to assess, quote for, and expedite a full roof upgrade. His customer support and attention to detail during every stage of the project ensured that we felt informed and in control of any preference decisions right up to completion of the works. His field team worked efficiently, and were courteous and flexible throughout, which, given the UK weather, was reassuring,. the y cleaned up after finishing each day and we were never troubled by their work practices or husbandry. Philip juggled his works program to ensure disruption to our project was kept to a minimum when affected by poor weather. I thoroughly recommend using Fibrespan and would happily commission them for future projects. We now enjoy a roof line that is visually pleasing from the road, and a roof cross section thermal efficiency value that meets modern building values.

Nunhead Roofing quoted for a full roof replacement. Mark was very straight forward to deal with. Him and his team showed up as promised consistently and everything was done by the book - detailed quotes, insurance back guarantee, building control certificate etc. Always responsive when asked for updates/photos. Work completed to schedule despite the really poor condition of old roof structure. Work was done with no fuss, was able to leave them to it as access was via scaffolding out front. New roof looks great. Strongly recommend to anyone needing any roof work done.

I cannot recommend Nunhead Roofing more highly. A host of problems was gradually revealed on our roof and terrace on a new build property after water leakage. Fortunately for us the problems were mostly covered by our structural defects policy and Mark was extremely helpful in our negotiations with the insurers on what turned out to be a huge roof replacement project. The quality of his work is outstanding and he was easy and straightforward to deal with.

I contacted Scott to address some roof damage caused by a recent storm, which had resulted in several tiles being dislodged. Was fully professional from start to finish. He was horrified that the previous extension had a 12 inch wide lead valley gutter all done in 1 long section - so original valley gutters had tears causing leaks and was barely wide enough to havecan underlap under the tiles. Now we have an 18 inch wide lead gutter down 2 valleys and has been done in sections as per Code 4 Lead Manual and using copper nails as per code. No fuss at all and job was done promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Scotts Roofing Ltd., not money grabbers and do an honest job. Would use them again and would recommend to all my family, friends and colleagues.

Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. This company did EXCELLENT work for me, fixing an issue with rain ingress around loft dormer windows and onto the ceiling below. I chose them because of the quality of work they did on my neighbour's roof where they fixed a long standing issue. The work involved diagnosing the issue, slate tiling, lead work, taking windows out and back in and all the detailing on ensure rain runs effectively off the roof and dormers. Jack manages the company superbly and my project from start to finish. He promptly got one of his teams comprising of Andi, Tim and Arlind working for me. I needed quick work because of selling my home and because Jack has a number of people working for him, he was able to respond fast. Andi, Tim and Arland came everyday for 4 days, arrived on time, worked hard, were professional, friendly and very skilled at what they did and rightly proud of it. Fantastic builders - cannot recommend Jack and his team highly enough. We used ER Group to build a roof terrace extension and do some interior updates including remodelling two bathrooms. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The communication with Jack was excellent throughout and he helped us bring our vision to life despite us only having some fairly vague planning drawings to go off. Left everything clean and tidy and even came back afterwards to fix the most minor details. Most importantly, we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. We would use again and recommend without hesitation.

We’re really happy with the work and turn around from ER Group. We used a cheaper and less experienced roofing company initially that left us with a huge hole in our ceiling for 6 months.
