GRP London replaced the velux windows in my flat and their service was excellent. Neil was very responsive, fair and patient. He came out of his way to visit my property in order to give me a quote quickly. I am so pleased with the end result - I wish I had gone it done earlier! Would totally recommend using this company for any roof window fitting and installation.

Would recommend using GRP for anyone that needs a skylight replacing or installing. Skylight that required replacing was above the stairs in a particularly difficult area to get to, Neil and his team installed scaffolding to get to the space and quality of works was excellent; they were extremely tidy. Neil also noticed whilst on the roof some flashing & tiles were broken and repaired this as well. Would definitely use GRP again for any windows needing replacing.

I don't often add a review, but given the service we had from GRP London, felt it was definitely needed! Had a new window installed in our very old loft bedroom. Neil took the time to listen to what I was looking for (as space and size is a bit unique) and I have to say, after speaking to countless builders/window specialists, Neil was the only one who took the time to listen to what I was after. The communication throughout was fantastic and the end result looks great. Really helpful at every point, site inspection no problem and disposed of the old unit - and tidied up after. Space was left lovely and clean (and this through the hottest weeks we have had on record!). I cannot thank them enough and will use again, I highly recommend.

I used GRP to replace the skylight in my bathroom. They provided great service and a quality installation. I got quite a few quotes from different providers for the work, but GRP were the only ones who actually came out for a site visit. While their quote wasn’t the cheapest, I was confident they’d bring it in on budget and be able to complete the work as quoted, because they’d been out to view. They were also the only provider to recommend using a PU coated window, which made sense given the skylight is in the bathroom so has to cope with a lot of steam. They took away the old window and left the site clean and tidy. I’d recommend using GRP to anyone who need a skylight installed or replaced.

Another roofing company that I normally use recommended Scott. Scott takes the time to explain how he will carry out the work. Sends pictures of the work he has done and how it will look when completed. He sent me pictures outlining with green lines and an explanation of how he will achieve the work. The work is very good, he is respectful and he walked through the property with his own shoe covers. I would recommend him, he is honest and he is very reliable. He has excellent time keeping and came 10 minutes early and was ready to start. There is nothing more I can say than really good.

Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. He’s going to return at a to be agreed time to fix another issue and has already offered dates. Highly satisfied and refreshing to get such great levels of communication. Thanks Scott

We used Roofise for a full replacement of our pitched (using natural slates), flat roof (using felt) and replacing two velux windows for a terraced house in Fulham (SW6). We had suffered a lot in the past from a roofer who did not know what he was doing - word of caution for everyone to please not use any random ones as we suffered mental and financial damage from it. Marlon and his team are very professional (always came on time, cleaned up after etc) and took ownership of the work to ensure they delivery quality. They are also a part of the competent scheme so they can self certify installations as of March 2024. I have recommended them to friends and will use them again if required.

Called them out when we had a leak going through our bedroom into our front room. Came out same day and carried out an emergency repair. Moss and Alex then spent several days making sure that not only my property was once again watertight but also looked the part (they went to a reclamations yard at the weekend to find a part that matched the style of my victorian property rather than a plastic alternative) They even came out after the job had been done to check the work. We were really pleased with GS Roofing's roof repair on our property in Fulham. The whole team, including the scaffolders, were friendly, tidy and respectful. The work was done quickly and to a high standard, requests were dealt with promptly. The inevitable extras (unforeseen jobs that arise when one opens up an old roof) were charged at a reasonable price and the few snags were solved without problem. Gordon Strank was one of several roofers I asked to visit, quote and identify the problems of a roof which was still leaking after a previously recommended check-a-trade roofer had installed a new one, but which had failed to remedy the problems. I had various quotes, and suggested solutions, but G.S. Roofing were very convincing and quoted a good price. I had previously had 2 other roofers trying to remedy the problems, including the one that wrongly advised getting the new roof (and who then never rectified the situation). I was beginning to despair and water had started to flood into one of the bedrooms. I was also very sceptical that this would ever be satisfactorily resolved. It is now nearly a year later and G.S. Roofing's repairs do indeed seem to have fixed the problems. It has taken me a long time to fully trust that this is the case, after all my previous experiences, but so far so good. Jack's team worked extremely hard on both gutter and roof work for us. We were very happy with the end finish and their efficiency and would not hesitate to recommend. His team also identified our chimney pots were cracked and in very poor condition and were able to remove and replace these swiftly.
