All of the Ikon team were polite and professional and Jordan made sure we had assessments, photographs and detailed quotes for the repairs needed. As work progressed we were kept informed of progress and invited to inspect the quality of the work in person. On completion Ikon made sure the site was clean and tidy. Would recommend.

John and his team did a complete new roof for our listed house and we were thrilled and delighted by McDonalds’ professionalism, honesty, hard work and, we’d go so far as to say, artistry. Matt is a lovely bloke who came round within a couple days after I made contact with him, instantly spotted the issue and was able to come up with a solution that thought outside the box to keep costs down. The work was carried out a couple weeks later and he and his workman worked quickly to get it done. The work was smart and looked better than I thought it could. I'd be more than happy to recommend Matt to a friend if they were needed work done.

I am very pleased with the work MP Roofing Services completed. We had a leak through a flat roof which was coming through to the ceiling below. Matthew was responsive to all queries and assessed the job on the same day as my initial call. He has been friendly and professional throughout. I felt that he assessed thr job properly, offering a solution without trying to go for the most expensive option. I had quotes from other companies who either seemed disinterested or who quoted for the most expensive solution without really looking at alternatives. MP Roofing came up with a plan that was reasonably priced but thorough. It's also reassuring that the work is guaranteed for 5 years. I would recommend MP Roofing and would definitely use them again if we have further roofing jobs in the future.

From beginning to the end, John Ryan was a pleasure to work with. His team were polite, professional and punctual. They completed the main roof refurbishment including flaunching restoration, parapet wall repointing and repairs, chimney rehabilitation and flat roof waterproofing with high quality work. They did our flat roof in January 2021 and am really pleased with their work and professionalism. They did it for two days. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. John, a very nice man, came to inspect one day, and then he explained what needed to be done, sent me and agreed on a quote, then booked the date. I would highly recommend JPR Roofing to anyone. John came to to look at a leak I had coming from the chimney where it meets the pitched roof. He thoroughly inspected the problem from outside and then even went into the loft to check what he could see from in there. John explained what needed to be done then followed up very quickly with a quote after which I agreed to give him the job. The 2 guys that turned up on the day were very courteous and overall I have to say it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I could only view the repaired pointing from street level and didn't really appreciate all the work that had gone into the repair until I received 27 photo's from showing the before and after of each part of the repair. This was a very nice touch - a picture paints a 1000 words!! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.

We contacted John after finding JPR online, we had issues with our roof in our London town house. I already had 2 quotes from different contractors but I wanted to have another one before deciding. John was very reactive and came on site quickly, we identified all the problems and he provided me with a quote under 3 days. His price offer and warranty was the most competitive, before signing the quote I asked if I could take some references from his existing clients. This was no problem, after calling everyone I signed the quote and a week later the works started. His team was very organized and discreet. They finished the repairs on time and provided regular updates on the works. John always communicated rapidly and clearly. Steven has been the easiest thing about our home purchase and renovation so far. After we purchased our home we needed a survey for our roof. Steven was very quick to reply, he explained the process to us clearly and have us a very quick appointment. On site he was very good at explaining his process and was very keen to answer any questions we had and took his time. After they survey was completed Steven created a detailed report for us and was very available for further questions and still is! Goes above and beyond to help and explain. Highly recommend!

Steve was extremely helpful in identifying the issue with our flat roof (condensation) and helping to make suggestions to solve it. He was very generous with his time in talking to me and also looking at photos/videos to help diagnose the issue. October 2024 I contacted this company to fix the guttering on the back of the house because it was leaking after it was installed last year and was really getting me down. John and Steve checked the guttering and found it had been installed terribly. They also checked my roof and showed me the videos. It was in a really bad state due to wear and tear.
