I have used McDonald Roofing Contractors for three separate roofing jobs on a rather complicated roof - firstly replacing a box gutter and associated drainage, secondly replacing some lead work, and finally replacing half of the roof following my realisation that a previous roofer had only done half of the work paid for. Given all the cowboys out there it is reassuring to know a company who is professional, expert, tidy and efficient. I echo the praise of Kerry in the office, too! Delighted with the service and the end result.

Paul has provided us prompt service whenever we have suffered storm damage over the last 8 years. You can always count on Paul to get to you quickly and to put your mind at ease. He doesn't just fix / replace the one / two tiles, but looks around the roof to see if there are any other loose tiles that need re-positioning. No matter how busy, takes the time required to satisfy himself that the roof is safe.

I think Paul was absolutely brilliant. When our ceiling caved in in the rain, he arrived at very short notice, put a temporary cover to stop the rain from coming through to the bedroom, and was back first thing in the morning to do the complete fix. He even cleared the gutters at no extra cost. Very warm and likeable. I have and will recommend him again.

Paul came along to look at our flat roof on our extension which had been done badly by previous contractors. He is obviously a very experienced roofer and I felt instantly comfortable with him. He rectified the situation quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard. We are absolutely delighted with his work. I would highly recommend!

I have used Paul a couple of times now to replace some broken tiles and also replace the chimney pots which had been leaking. I was really happy with the service provided both times, quick response and turnaround time to come give an estimate and then also to carry out the work. Provided a lot of detail into what was required and why there was a leak etc. After getting quotes initially from some other local roofers in North London, Paul’s was the only sensible one given the nature of the repair required. Personable service and I would highly recommend Paul and his team.

Replacing a roof was made painless by the London Roofing Specialist team. I had been dreading it and met with a number of companies before finally going ahead with LRS. The process was seamless from the erection of the scaffolding, removal and replacement of the flat roof, the installation of a Velux skylight, coping stones on the parapet walls and a new deep flow guttering system. All was done well within the 10 day period, they were professional, punctual starting at 8am each day, hard working, well mannered which came as a surprise 😂 and they left the site clean. Last but not least there were no hidden extras when I received their final invoice .. to be highly recommended 🤩
