October 2024 I contacted this company to fix the guttering on the back of the house because it was leaking after it was installed last year and was really getting me down. John and Steve checked the guttering and found it had been installed terribly. They also checked my roof and showed me the videos. It was in a really bad state due to wear and tear. I had a new roof installed by the team Steve, John, Paul and Patrick and the other workers. The team were ever so polite, made me feel at ease. I was instructed about every step that they were going to do. They did an amazing job. They also cleared all the debris leaving my yard just as they had found it. I would highly recommend them. Great guys, I asked if they could fix a couple of tiles that had shifted or had fallen entirely. Popped round within 2 days. Fixed them, and cleared the gutters and removed an old sky dish. All part of the service :) Thank you.

Replacing a roof was made painless by the London Roofing Specialist team. I had been dreading it and met with a number of companies before finally going ahead with LRS. The process was seamless from the erection of the scaffolding, removal and replacement of the flat roof, the installation of a Velux skylight, coping stones on the parapet walls and a new deep flow guttering system. All was done well within the 10 day period, they were professional, punctual starting at 8am each day, hard working, well mannered which came as a surprise 😂 and they left the site clean. Last but not least there were no hidden extras when I received their final invoice .. to be highly recommended 🤩

Paul has provided us prompt service whenever we have suffered storm damage over the last 8 years. You can always count on Paul to get to you quickly and to put your mind at ease. He doesn't just fix / replace the one / two tiles, but looks around the roof to see if there are any other loose tiles that need re-positioning. No matter how busy, takes the time required to satisfy himself that the roof is safe.

I have used Paul a couple of times now to replace some broken tiles and also replace the chimney pots which had been leaking. I was really happy with the service provided both times, quick response and turnaround time to come give an estimate and then also to carry out the work. Provided a lot of detail into what was required and why there was a leak etc. After getting quotes initially from some other local roofers in North London, Paul’s was the only sensible one given the nature of the repair required. Personable service and I would highly recommend Paul and his team.

I think Paul was absolutely brilliant. When our ceiling caved in in the rain, he arrived at very short notice, put a temporary cover to stop the rain from coming through to the bedroom, and was back first thing in the morning to do the complete fix. He even cleared the gutters at no extra cost. Very warm and likeable. I have and will recommend him again.

I cannot recommend Lee and the team highly enough. Steve and Aaron are extremely knowledgeable and true craftsmen. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are happy to advise on specific details and finishes to ensure the finished result is in keeping with the original detail. They also dealt with building Control professionally and swiftly.

The level of professionalism and customer dedication comes effortlessly with this Company. They are in a league of their own From the initial consultation with Lee, through to the two super efficient ladies, Gemma & Chelsea in the office, it's teamwork all the way. My roofing team Dave & Dean were incredible. Absolutely True Craftsmen (yes they do still exist). What hard working dedicated guys they were, turned up on time, every day and you could see they took great pride in their work.They have the ability to talk to you and not at you, ensuring you understand the various stages and happy to talk you through even the smallest detail, engaging with the neighbours when needed and always so respectfully. Everything was left swept up and brushed down at the end of each day. I followed my instincts when I met Lee.
