I originally reached out to Tony and the team to get 2nd opinion on a roofing job for my father's property, as I was concerned the first vendor was not trustworthy. Our roof needed an immediate complete rebuild following damage sustained (5-bedroom semi detached property) Gary and his team were able to assess the roof, provide a quote and start work in a timely fashion. Great experience. Gary came around at the agreed time to get details on the quote. He explained things well, sent me the quote details quickly etc. Once booked in, his team turned up promptly (actually, they could do it a day earlier than planned), were courteous, very good at explaining what they had found, working around the issue, and the end result looks great. Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly.
