I originally reached out to Tony and the team to get 2nd opinion on a roofing job for my father's property, as I was concerned the first vendor was not trustworthy. Tony came around within two days and advised us of the issue we could encounter as he made us aware that some vendors would pray on the elderly and explained what needed to be done. The roofing company ie Gary and his team rescued us from the jaws of terror. First time we have used the company. Very professional, very knowledgeable with a rare quality of honesty and believability. They had some real challenges that they took over from the previous company. Great experience. Gary came around at the agreed time to get details on the quote. He explained things well, sent me the quote details quickly etc. Once booked in, his team turned up promptly (actually, they could do it a day earlier than planned), were courteous, very good at explaining what they had found, working around the issue, and the end result looks great. Would highly recommend Paul and his team came same day I called to provide a quote for my leaky flat roof. Came to carry out the work as arranged on time and did a great job, left everything very tidy. Provided great before during and after photos at the end.

I have used Paul a couple of times now to replace some broken tiles and also replace the chimney pots which had been leaking. I was really happy with the service provided both times, quick response and turnaround time to come give an estimate and then also to carry out the work. Provided a lot of detail into what was required and why there was a leak etc. After getting quotes initially from some other local roofers in North London, Paul’s was the only sensible one given the nature of the repair required. Personable service and I would highly recommend Paul and his team.

I think Paul was absolutely brilliant. When our ceiling caved in in the rain, he arrived at very short notice, put a temporary cover to stop the rain from coming through to the bedroom, and was back first thing in the morning to do the complete fix. He even cleared the gutters at no extra cost. Very warm and likeable. I have and will recommend him again.

I cannot recommend Lee and the team highly enough. Steve and Aaron are extremely knowledgeable and true craftsmen. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are happy to advise on specific details and finishes to ensure the finished result is in keeping with the original detail. They also dealt with building Control professionally and swiftly.
