Steve was extremely helpful in identifying the issue with our flat roof (condensation) and helping to make suggestions to solve it. He was very generous with his time in talking to me and also looking at photos/videos to help diagnose the issue. With the help of his suggestions we have got on top of the problem and can crack on with the rest of our renovation!

Steven has been the easiest thing about our home purchase and renovation so far. After we purchased our home we needed a survey for our roof. Steven was very quick to reply, he explained the process to us clearly and have us a very quick appointment. On site he was very good at explaining his process and was very keen to answer any questions we had and took his time. Very pleased with the Ikon team from start to finish. Jordan impressed from the outset with his use of a drone to take high level images of the repairs needed to our roof. All of the Ikon team were polite and professional and Jordan made sure we had assessments, photographs and detailed quotes for the repairs needed. As work progressed we were kept informed of progress and invited to inspect the quality of the work in person. On completion Ikon made sure the site was clean and tidy. Would recommend.

From beginning to the end, John Ryan was a pleasure to work with. His team were polite, professional and punctual. They completed the main roof refurbishment including flaunching restoration, parapet wall repointing and repairs, chimney rehabilitation and flat roof waterproofing with high quality work. I would highly recommend JPR Roofing to anyone. John came to to look at a leak I had coming from the chimney where it meets the pitched roof. He thoroughly inspected the problem from outside and then even went into the loft to check what he could see from in there. John explained what needed to be done then followed up very quickly with a quote after which I agreed to give him the job. The 2 guys that turned up on the day were very courteous and overall I have to say it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I could only view the repaired pointing from street level and didn't really appreciate all the work that had gone into the repair until I received 27 photo's from showing the before and after of each part of the repair. This was a very nice touch - a picture paints a 1000 words!! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.

They did our flat roof in January 2021 and am really pleased with their work and professionalism. They did it for two days. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. John, a very nice man, came to inspect one day, and then he explained what needed to be done, sent me and agreed on a quote, then booked the date. We contacted John after finding JPR online, we had issues with our roof in our London town house. I already had 2 quotes from different contractors but I wanted to have another one before deciding. John was very reactive and came on site quickly, we identified all the problems and he provided me with a quote under 3 days. His price offer and warranty was the most competitive, before signing the quote I asked if I could take some references from his existing clients. This was no problem, after calling everyone I signed the quote and a week later the works started. His team was very organized and discreet. They finished the repairs on time and provided regular updates on the works. John always communicated rapidly and clearly. Easy to contact, came when they said, charged exactly how much we agreed, 10/10. Also very polite and professional, and they clearly are very good at what they do. Our roof above the bay window was leaking, and the found some poor workmanship and weird solutions up there, which they undid and fixed properly. They also helped me with other issues on the other side of the house, and I felt like they went the extra mile to help me fix the issue as a whole. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I had several quotes from people with regards to my work that was needed. Apart from this one from Thomas they were a bit windy, not giving a complete quote, said might be more work than quoted.
