I contacted greenpest in the morning and they responded quickly. They attended our house in St John’s Woods shortly after. The communication was great and recommendations clearly given. Our issue was with squirrels getting into the house. The matter was dealt with professionally, would highly recommend this service for any issues you may have in your home or business.

I had the best experience working with Stephen and Greenpest (despite the wasp infestation!). Stephen visited the premise within 24 hours of my call and was immediately able to identify the source and returned to take care of the "wasp problem" in a super quick turnaround time. I also really appreciated that he was available for any follow up questions and checked in to make sure that the problem truly was gone! Contacted GreenPest for an inspection report at our premises. There were no issues expected but it was good to get the sign off from a professional along with some recommendations for future proofing too. Stephen was an excellent communicator with good timekeeping. He was diligent (which you want from a pest control service) where so many previously have almost sleepwalked through the premises. He took the time to not only make recommendations of possible problem areas but also explain why they could become problematic and how to go about resolving them. Very happy with the service and will be working with him for any future inspections. Highly recommended.

Malik answered the phone at 8pm (!) and came the next morning at 11am to investigate a mouse issue at our flat. He carried out a very thorough survey inside and out on the balcony and was able to deduce that the source of the mice was elsewhere, and pinpoint exactly where the little horrors were coming in behind the sink. Treatment with poison was comprehensive. I appreciate the fact that a follow-up visit in a months' time is included in the price. In addition to being speedy, careful and thorough, Malik is lovely and friendly and answered all of my many, many questions! Highly recommended.

Last night at around 11 p.m., I found a few maggots in the house. They looked like they were coming in from outside. I opened the door to find THOUSANDS of maggots marching their way towards the house. They had appeared from nowhere. I have handled maggots before but the scale of this was enormous and I really felt invaded. We called around and the only people who said they would come (by now it was midnight on a Saturday) was Joseph from Simply the Pest. He kept in contact to let us know the arrival time. He turned up with a colleague and said he'd never seen anything like it. He tried to find the source, cleared up the thousands of maggots (yeuk) and sprayed the area. He warned me that it might only be temporary but at least I could go to sleep. Joseph seems to have done the trick and there were none there this morning thankfully. I am SO grateful to Joseph and Simply the Pest for helping rather than saying there was nothing they could do like the other companies and for sorting out the problem so efficiently and effectively. 5* rating doesn't express my gratitude and I recommend the company wholeheartedly!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I cant thank enough Joe, the pest control officer for all that he did. I have mice problems and I am absolutely petrified, I reached out to my local council but they were beyond rubbish. Took me 4 months just to been seen but Joe made me his top priority and came out to do the job efficiently and quickly. Joe also reassured me that any problems I can contact him and he will be there asap!!! I also wanted to add that what Joe and his team do isnt just helping people with pest control issues, its beyond that. I have a phobia of rodents and my mental health started to deteriorate fast knowing I have mice in my flat. Joe has gone above and beyond to assure me the job is at the best standard. Its been 3 days and honestly I am starting to feel more confident. Joe offerd a 2 week follow up to see if there has been any activity that we dont know about. Pestcure was recommended to me by a friend they had recently used them to remove bed bugs from their home. I have recently just moved into a new house and noticed rat droppings. I called and spoke with a man named Johnny who booked me in and come to take care of the problem ASAP. Highly recommend very polite staff. 5star!

Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! He said he would send someone out next week if we still had the issue. What incredible service! Thank you!

Only couple of months since we started to cooperate with Albany Environmental but customers service have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating- Customer focused team. The technicians have been supportive and helpful, also any emergency visits have been arranged quickly and efficiently. Account manager is always one phone call away, assisting with his knowledge and experience to help to choose right approach to the problem and find suitable solution. We've been looking for partnership with our service provider and so far we are not disappointed.
