Village Vet is a wonderful place. I've been with them for years and I've always received exceptional care for my pets. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When I temporarily moved to another area I was disappointed with the service at the local clinic. Neither my cat nor I felt the same level of warmth attention and kindness that we've always experienced at Village Vet. I returned to Village Vet even though it meant a longer commute. Thank you for all the years of excellent care you've provided to me and my furry friends.

Wonderful team! I can't praise Venus enough. She is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient - I feel like she is two steps ahead of us and knows what we need even before we do. Everyone is so nice, warm, welcoming, and approachable. They answer all our questions with such detail, you can tell they are passionate about what they do, and there is always a smile.

Village Vet St Johns Wood has been my vet practice for almost 25 years. Over the last eight years with my two rescue cats in particular, they have always gone above and beyond with their care, compassion and expertise. I still treasure their kindness and empathy when our darling Norma Jeane died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack this summer. Her brother Arthur has had various and often serious and complicated health issues over the last few years too, but this practice has been incredible. Every member of staff from the lovely receptionists, to wonderful vet nurse Alex to the amazing vet Kelly have gone out of their way to find the best way to keep him happy and healthy, often working many hours in their own time to search for solutions. The staff here all clearly have huge love and care for all the animals they look after. Arthur is currently purring away next to me contentedly and it's all down to the truly wonderful staff at Village Vet St John's Wood.

We came here after a bad experience with a local vet who seemed to find the concept of shareholder enrichment more important than treating our dog as an extension of our family. Fortunately we haven't needed serious vet care here yet, but so far the interaction has been exemplary and very empathic. One of the few independents, and it shows.

I took one of my rats to see the vet and he was very nice, he took the time to explain everything and how to administer the medication and now my girl is back to her old self.

There is not words to express what a wonderful team at East Barnet Vet. Dr Rachel was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful for her incredible, loving care. My little old cat titi had a hard time recovering from teeth surgery, Dr Rachel and the whole team helped us in every way possible. Excellent, caring service with a very sensitive approach toward budget. Our beloved, and uninsured, cat Albert had persistent, mysterious health issues throughout the last few months of 2018. Sheldon provided incredibly thorough care, whilst always being mindful to do diagnostic examinations in stages to be respectful of our budget - never doing unnecessary examinations until all other options had been eliminated. Albert received top notch medical care the whole way and is now in full health again. Many thanks to the team at Village Vet Highgate for constantly going above and beyond to deliver the best care. My original review in early 2018: Had to take our cat Albert in for a haircut and some dental work. The vets were lovely and did a fantastic job - he's a new man since having 3 rotten teeth removed, a much happier chap. The whole process was handled fantastically at Village Vet Highgate, with us being kept constantly updated by phone on Albert's progress. He's had a few complimentary check-ups since the procedure to ensure all is healing well, and because he had dental work he now receives complimentary 6 month dental checks for the rest of his life. Great experience all round. Thanks!

Dr Sheldon has been our family vet for over 10 years and we are very happy with him and the whole team. Always very efficient , professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

Thank you vets now, for your wonderful care Treating my three legged doggy two evenings in a row. When he wasn't well after abdominal surgery the week before at a different practice. If only your practice was closer to my home, as i am yet to find a great vet practice after nearly 10 years of having a doggy. The lovely nurse who was working the evening shift last Wednesday and the lovely lady vet who we saw on Thursday evening. Thank you so much. It is wonderful staff members such as both these ladies that make the company what it is. Highly recommend. I hope to not need to come in for an emergency appointment again but should the need arise I'd be happy for you to treat my pets and to have to travel the long journey to your practice.

I came with my dog as an emergency at 6am, they were very welcoming and helpful from the beginning. Gave my boy medicine to get him out of pain.The female vet, was amazing, kept calling Royal Veterinary Hospital to make sure that we get to be seen straight away. Thank you to the whole team for taking such a good care of my boy.

My dog became poorly late on Saturday night and I took her to Vets Now Barnet on Sunday morning. She was treated promptly and after blood tests it was decided to admit her. I was kept up to date with her treatment and she was discharged later on Sunday night. Both the vet and vet nurses were very professional and kind. Thank you all involved.

Honestly, we were told to lose hope. To not expect survival. The team here at after hours helped us bring back hope and my cat back to us. After 3 long days of back and fourth hospital my cat left after hours team on all fours and happy, I can’t thanks and bless the staff there enough who are do there job for love and not money. Not many companies and people left like this, May god bless you all’ and bring you all endless happiness.

I recommend vets for pets Friern Barnet to anyone who wants a trustworthy vet. I registered my cats with vets for pets as I needed one of my cats cats checked very quickly. Firstly ,Justine was such a great help over the phone, she was helpful, friendly and efficient. She booked me an appointment in under a week. My cat was seen to by vet Shannon, who was just amazing! She was so calm, informative, caring , sensitive and understanding. She took time to talk through my cats health and put a plan together and really eased my mind. My cat absolutely loved her😻 I would advise anyone who needs a vet to go to vets for pets Friern Barnet you will not be let down or disappointed. The whole team are just fantastic! Thank you Shannon and Justine , you were both amazing 😻. When we went back for Betsy's follow up we saw the vet Gia , who noticed Betsy's tummy wasn't right and she had to end up having a procedure which Gia handled with love, care and empathy. Gia was absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end, she took care of Betsy like she was her own . Gia also treated us with absolute care and respect, she kept us up to date with information and how Betsy was doing throughout her operation. Gia is an incredible vet and I would recommend her. The whole team are just amazing

First time in 2 years as a pet parent when I feel comfortable going into a veterinary shop. Great customer service provided by the reception while we waited to see our future doctor. Very kind and skilled woman called Georgi or Gia greeted us with a smile at the door and seconds later Ena( my little teacup yorkie) was in her arms. Thank you in millions for the love and care you have provided to our puppy while in there. Very great advice provided. I am very pleased and thankful for my visit today at Vets4Pets in Friern Barnet. I highly recommend you to ask for Giorgi when booking your next appointment. The vet is conveniently located inside pets for home in n11, with plenty of choices for your paw friends and also plenty of parking. In Vets4Pets I felt something never felt before, they are humans that care for your and your little one, I think this is a problem in uk when it comes to doctors of any kind, no feelings involved, you don’t feel they care for you. I highly recommend over and over again this clinic, really impressed with everything from how clean to how skilled and caring are the staff members. Call them first to book your appointment.

My cat Reggie was treated here as an inpatient after a urinary blockage. He received fantastic care and has recovered really well. All staff were great, but want to particularly mention Sandrine who was lovely. Huge thank you to everyone at Wood Street for looking after my boy so well. He’s back to his usual cuddly self and even eating his special diet food now!

I recently visited Wood Street Vet for a check-up and vaccination for my dogs Daisy and Pixie, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Tony White was as always exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about animal care. I always feel that my dogs are in good hands when booking with Dr. Tony White.

Wood Street Veterinary Hospital are absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a vet practice which genuinely cares about you and your pet, this is the place. I have recently sadly had to say a tragic farewell to my gorgeous cat, my adorable Bernard. When he began displaying signs of being unwell, I had him checked up at Wood Street, and the examining vet Daniele was compassionate and professional throughout. Bernard was admitted to Wood Street for 2 days to undergo tests, and the staff were regularly in touch with me during this time to keep me updated. Bernard was diagnosed with lymphoma and sadly following his discharge he continued to deteriorate, and although it was the hardest decision, the kindest thing to do was to say goodbye to my little friend. This final appointment at Wood Street was one of the most difficult and saddest things I have ever had to do, but every single member of staff there made it so much more manageable with their kindness, empathy and compassion. While Bernard was being put to sleep, the vet practice ignited an electric candle in their reception, which I learned is a ritual they undertake for any pet whose time it is to say goodbye to. This beautiful ritual sums up my experience of Wood Street Veterinary Hospital. Thank you to everyone there for being as lovely and caring as you all are, it meant so much to me. Andrew and the team at Two by Two have been a core part of our pup Coco's life. From emergency overnight care to her month to month needs, we were welcomed in and incredibly well cared for. Coco was always keen to go and see Andrew and get cuddles from the team. No small feat for a vet to have a four legged fan who was always excited to visit:) We will never be able to thank you enough.

A truly independent vet practice. The staff all go the extra mile to make sure your furry family member is given the best possible treatment and care. My insurance won’t cover my cats ear problem as she was a rescue cat and has had ear issues in the past. Andrew and his team made it possible for her to be treated without the need for second mortgage, which if we’d used one of the big multi-nationals would’ve been the case! Please support local independents or we’ll loose the option of choice!

We moved from the area in 2019 but still drive here from East London as the care really is five star. Our elderly chihuahua Willis has had a few old age health issues over the past year, and Andrew and his team always give honest and trustworthy advice, with professional treatment. My roommate and I recently adopted two beautiful black kittens, as it turns out one boy and one girl (originally thought to be 2 boys). We immediately registered at Two by Two because of the good reviews and have had nothing but positive experiences. Everyone is so sweet and friendly and well organised, they’ve talked us through everything clearly and it’s well priced for what we get. We’re really happy with them and definitely recommend to anyone looking to take proper care of their pets!

Very friendly and helpful nurses, vets and receptionists. Always happy to help and provide all necessary advice. They've helped our elderly cat over the last couple of years and I'm very pleased with the service they provide. Despite the difficult job they have, they always have a smile and great positive attitude which really helps when your pets are in distress. Thank you!
