PLEASE READ!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. The entire team at Medivet Kingston has been nothing short of incredible. My dog needed to have 11 teeth removed, and he received the most attentive and compassionate care imaginable. Sammy looked after him throughout the entire procedure, and it was clear how deeply she cares for animals. She treated my dog as if he were her own, which, in my opinion, is the most important quality in any veterinary service. Our pets often feel anxious in such situations, and knowing they’re being looked after with such love and attention means everything. The vet who diagnosed my dog and helped organise his treatment, Nikianna, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. She was not only thorough in her approach but also showed immense compassion and care, which really put me at ease. I highly recommend this team for their incredible dedication. They gave me the confidence and support I needed to stay calm and stress-free during what could have been a very worrying time. Their communication was fantastic - they called me three times throughout the day to keep me updated on the procedure and even checked in the following day to see how my dog was doing. This kind of follow-up is rare and truly appreciated. Huge thanks to the whole team for doing such an amazing job. It’s so hard to find a veterinary clinic like this, and I’m so grateful for their exceptional care.

I have been bringing my two cats to this veterinary clinic for the past 2.5 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and service provided. Took my 3 year old Labrador for a recent health check with Nikianna recently. Easy to secure an appointment, excellent check and lots of help when I explained I couldn’t find a supplier to deliver hypoallergenic food. Karen suggested two different websites to try and also said to let her know if I was not successful. I was not successful and Karen had found d another supplier. I did and I was successful! I was so pleased and really grateful for Karen’s help. I highly recommended Medivet and Buddy rushes in the door every time we visit! Thanks to all xx

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

Noodle really loves going into the practice and the nurses and doctors are all so accommodating and caring! Would highly recommend!

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Dave is an amazing vet! Every time we have seen him he has been thorough and lovely in his manner and always puts us at ease. On our most recent appointment, he went above and beyond to give Stan, our 10 year old miniature dachshund a thorough check up. He was wonderful with Stan and Stan trusted him completely. He works with such compassion and understanding and is very empathic when explaining his findings. He was also brilliant with Stan’s little brother Sid and gave him lots of attention too. We are so grateful to have Dave. Thank you :)

Twickenham vets and all of the staff were amazing when my cat had to stay at the vets to be nurses back to recovery after a serious dog attack. I don't think they wanted her to come home😊

We have seen several vets and vet nurses (Rachel, Mary & Caroline) at this practice for my cats and I can’t recommend them enough. All staff working at Vet4life Shepperton are incredibly friendly, caring & make time for you and your pet. We have visit for check ups as well as one emergency and have always felt like our cats were taken care with love, professionalism and expert knowledge. We really feel like our pets are in safe hands here and are grateful to have found this practice.

We recently joined Kitten to Cat. We are really happy by how knowledgeable the vet is and we were amazed by how well they handled our cat, who is usually very scared at the vet . The staff is very friendly and personable and the practice is very clean. On top top of that they are much cheaper then our previous vet. We just wish we had joined them before.

We had our cat spayed there, we were very happy with the care we received, and communication on Whatsapp. Better experience than some other vets.

Very caring staff, who gave us great advice for looking after our cats' teeth. Kitten to Cat also do the regular check ups and vaccinations for our cats and they are always treated very well.

We usually use a different vet but needed a specific second vaccination for our new puppy. Vets for Life could not have been nicer or more professional, even when they knew we weren’t likely to return. Nurse took her time to give us lots of tips and talk through future care, highly recommended

Wonderful vets, extremely caring staff and they take their time no big rush. We brought our guinea pig baxter Roy to be neutered and from the first appointment to now they have been wonderful. They even took the time to call today to see how he was getting on. Thank you for looking after our little guy

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to look after your pet. They are great with pets and always have the animals best interests at heart. We have signed up to the monthly plan which takes all the stress out of the vets visits

Took Rocco to have some treatment. Warm welcome and knowledge from the Reception. Vets greeted Rocco by name helpful information. He was treated very well and was calm. He was checked over and was treated for his condition. Vet was really helpful. We animal lovers all should support local vets in the Community. 👍

All the staff at Medivet Teddington are extremely friendly, helpful, professional and kind. Been my vet for years.

Nikki the vet was great with my little Leon. He had never been to the vets before, so we were both anxious. She was very kind and patient with him. Going back in a few weeks for more vaccinations and neutering. I am confident Leon will be exploring outdoors soon thanks to Parkside Vets.

All the staff go above and beyond to ensure the animals in their care are looked after with professionalism and love. I can't praise the care highly enough. They have always respect the age and temprament of all our cats, and offered appropriate treatment. They have always explained any treatment or options available and answered our questions fully, however silly they may seem. I thank them all but especially Nicky who juggles the care of all my families cats with a smile.

Olivia was my vet. Very friendly lady, treatment advised made a huge difference to my cats health. Knowledgeable and willing to try treatments to help. I have used Parkside over the last 25years and have always been helpful. Obviously costs are an issue but I know my animals are safe

Both my cats have been under these amazing vets for just over 10 years, and no words can describe how professional and understanding all the vets and staff have been towards my cats and us, especially a recent event on 13/12/2024 with our older cat who sadly was diagnosed with HF and I must say they really are amazing vets cannot thank them enough for there care of my cat and making us as a family feel not to anxious and giving us total understanding of the condition to the meds to payments so so helpful. A big thank you to people in this centre for assisting our dog Messi. I cannot express how fast action of the lady in reception and Dr. Alice in their fully booked schedule was. Messi unfortunately ate a bone which we did not know if a fraction got stucked or he was just sick of what he ate. Seeing healthy dog becoming poorly is very stresfull. Centre is nice and clean, enviroment very friendly. i would highly recommend this centre for lovers of their animals. Thank u again from bottom of my heart. Messi is back to happy mood/picture attached:)

Alpha Vets of Teddington are a caring kind helpful vets with a very good standard of care .My beloved ginger cat Bertie passed away recently after 17 and a half years .Sadly he had been unwell in the last 4 years, but Alpha vets helped him over the years to have a longer life He used to whine like mad about going to the vets, and when he got there. Alpha were so patient with him When he was in the vets room he really loved the vets ,and was always purring when he came out They were so good at handling him As a ginger tom cat he was usually a gentle cat ,but had a feisty temper on him .Alpha vets were great with him .Thank you for all the kind care of Bertie over the years ,and for being so helpful when he passed away. I thoroughly recommend Alpha vets .

My 8 year old lab Rolo had his yearly injections today we were greeted by the receptionist who very politely talked with us. Rolo was called in by the vet on time and he was very pleased to see the vet he remembers her from a time before that she cared for him, Rolo adores her and all the other staff members at the practice they always take such good care of him and he always looks forward to a cheeky little treat or 2 they give him too.

Darren and the team are lovely, friendly and happy to listen to all my concerns / anxiety. After texting with my concern on Friday I brought my lizard in the following Wednesday. We've had a thorough exam, x-ray, antibiotics and blood tests, and a good plan to get Ozzie better. Very happy, especially when reptile vets are hard to find!
