An absolutely amazing vet. They’ve managed to always find time and work out getting us the best appointment we need. Great communication, they are always able to offer advice on any issues we’ve had as well via phone. The team take their time and really spend a lot of care comforting my dog. It’s great going to a place where you feel like it’s all taken care of with highly skilled staff.

Smooth experience of booking an appointment, registering with the vet clinic and then going in for routine vaccination. The staff at the clinic and Dr. Sorcha were lovely, handled Moo with care. Highly recommended.

I recently brought my dog to Hello Vet, and the experience was outstanding. Home Vets London came to the rescue when I needed a last minute Animal Health Certificate to relocate from UK to EU because my regular vet informed me that they weren't going to be able to do it. Nuria was the first person I got in contact with and she was extremely kind, friendly, and always answered my questions in a timely manner throughout the entire process. Dr. Jose was the one to physically come to our house and not only was he also extremely kind, but my dogs absolutely loved him (and they usually are petrified of vets). He got on the floor to play with my dogs and gain their trust before doing any work. Dr. Cesar became like a friend throughout the entire process. I had a different case because my rabies and all my documentation came from the USA originally; however, there was an issue with the paperwork from the original USA vet. Dr. Cesar worked with me even during the weekend to help get this issue resolved with my original vet in order for my dogs to be able to travel. I was such a nervous wreck but Dr. Cesar did everything in his power and thanks to him and his team we are all now in the EU in our new home. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this team. They were amazing from the very first email all the way to the follow up from them to make sure we got to our new home safely. I only wish I had met them when we first arrived in London as I would have loved for them to have been our vet from the very beginning. Thank you so much to the entire Home Vets London team!!

Just back from Snoots with my 7yo cat. After a nightmarish time with previous vets it's safe to say the experience was thorough, caring, civilised and the prescription prices are bare minimum. Really pleased I made this decision for the cat. Plus he loves the welcome treats too (he's so fussy!)

I can’t recommend Snoots Vet enough! Even though it’s a 50-minute drive for me, I would choose them over my local vet any day (and my local vet is great!). Snoots just has such a homely atmosphere, and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

Especially Ms. nadia who helped me during her working hours to solve my personal mistake. I am an international student from Shanghai, China and my English is not that fluent. Ms. Nadia was really patient and helpful when I was anxious about what was going to happen, she helped me to call gov.uk and send emails for me. When she finished her shift she still carefully handed over her work to other colleagues. She did her job to the very end of her shift. I am very lucky to have met Ms. nadia, her seriousness and kindness touched me a lot. Best Vets ever! I transferred to Vets on the Common from another local vet and I couldn’t be happier with this decision. The love and care they gave my dog was amazing. They work with you and your budget and always keep the health and happiness of your pet in mind. They truly care for your pets and it shows. I moved to Vets on the Common about a year ago now based on a recommendation from a friend. I have a 14 year old & an 11 year old dog. Both have lots of medical issues. Ellie & Michael are superb vets; very experienced & so, so gentle with nervous patients. They truly care about the practice & their patients. I know my two fur babies are in the safest possible hands in their old age. I have recommended to friends who are equally impressed with this superb practice.

Federico saved my cat’s life yesterday by accommodating a last minute appointment and performing life saving surgery as she had blocked intestines. My cat’s now herself again, very happy and slowly recovering. I will never be able to thank him enough for being so professional and caring. He also ensured to perform the surgery in the least intrusive way possible so that she would recover faster, which shows the level of care and love that he has for pets. Every single person I’ve come across at this practice is incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate, from the receptionists, to the nurses and surgeons. My cat is now registered with them as her regular vet and I will never go back to my previous vet!❤️

Went to this vet for a second opinion as my cat had a wound that would not heal. They were absolutely amazing! They diagnosed the problem, the locum vet melody acted with kindness and her ethical approach was second to none. I just wish I found them sooner. The reception and veterinarian were very professional, patient and friendly. They answered all our questions. We had just gotten our kitten and the cat bag we purchased was still on the way, they graciously lent us the cat bag so we were able to take the kitten home easily.

The vet is excellent but outrageously expensive… The prices have gone up enormously and I don’t see how they can be justified… We took our dog in just for a brief 20’ check up cost £68.00

Great vet brilliant care and treatment of my pet. The vet was open and transparent regarding my pets health treatment and costs and was very approachable friendly and professional. They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed

They looked after my baby boy wonderfully, he has never been away for me in his whole 4 Years and they loved and cared for him all day. Thank you so much to all of the staff, i was so Anxious to Leave him, but they were all amazing. He came home had a good sleep and woke up the next morning his usual lively self 💕

I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.

We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today.
