I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

Jose came to treat Delilah and there was nothing he couldn’t get her to do. He was generous with his knowledge of all things cat and having treatment without taking a cat to an unhappy place was a game changer. It’s no more expensive and it’s the ideal answer to pet care. The vet also gets to see the pet in their living environment which is so important for their advice. It’s the perfect model.

Cesar is the best vet I’ve ever met! I was really nervous about my dog’s first flight, but he was incredibly kind and professional. He exchanged emails with me several times to confirm every detail before the appointment and carefully double-checked all the flight documents. He came to my place to check my dog and his microchip. The whole process took just about 15 minutes, which was quick and comfortable for my dog. His work was absolutely perfect, and most importantly, my dog loves him!

SO glad we found this service! I used to put off vet visits because of the stress on my cat. Dr. Isidro went above and beyond to make her comfortable in our home. Super impressed with the thoroughness of the evaluation. He sat down to review her medical charts and past test results in detail, and answered many of my questions on her medical history overall. Will 100% use again!

I recently brought my greyhound, Winnie, to Hello Vet for dental treatment, which involved the removal of two teeth. As a dentist myself, I was particularly impressed by the level of care and professionalism shown by the team. The team took excellent care of Winnie throughout the process, ensuring she was comfortable and well looked after. Communication was prompt, clear, and effective, which made the entire experience stress-free. I also really appreciated the two follow-up review appointments offered, as it showed their commitment to thorough post-treatment care. Winnie is now happy and healthy, and I couldn’t be more grateful to the team.

I recently brought my dog to Hello Vet, and the experience was outstanding. My dog can be a bit unsettled in new situations, but the team went out of their way to make him feel comfortable & safe, catering to his needs with consideration & care. The environment was calm and welcoming, which made a real difference for both of us. The staff were not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each aspect of my dog’s care without oversimplifying or rushing through details, and leaving me feeling listened to throughout the visit. Having had dogs and worked with dogs my whole life, I’ve seen a variety of vets. Hello Vet truly stood out in their thoughtful approach. Another thing I appreciated was that there was no pressure to opt for expensive procedures or medications. The team provided honest, tailored recommendations that prioritized my dog’s well-being, not upsells. The service was efficient yet thorough, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Overall, I highly recommend Hello Vet to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy veterinary care.

SO HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience with Home Vets London. Nuria (who I'm guessing is the office manager) has been amazing from our initial enquiry until this morning when the vet arrived. She has been professional and prompt yet still managed to alleviate our fears with her fantastic, caring nature. And when Dr Jose came this morning, we KNEW we had made the right choice for our little (quite elderly... 19 years) cat. He talked everything through with us, and Marilyn was so enamoured with him even before her sedation. So professional but also really personable. I wish I'd found this service years ago. And for those worrying about cost for such a personal service... it works out more or less the same if you took your pet to a vetinary surgery and with so much less stress for your little furbaby.

Home Vets London came to the rescue when I needed a last minute Animal Health Certificate to relocate from UK to EU because my regular vet informed me that they weren't going to be able to do it. Nuria was the first person I got in contact with and she was extremely kind, friendly, and always answered my questions in a timely manner throughout the entire process. Dr. Jose was the one to physically come to our house and not only was he also extremely kind, but my dogs absolutely loved him (and they usually are petrified of vets). He got on the floor to play with my dogs and gain their trust before doing any work. Dr. Cesar became like a friend throughout the entire process. I had a different case because my rabies and all my documentation came from the USA originally; however, there was an issue with the paperwork from the original USA vet. Dr. Cesar worked with me even during the weekend to help get this issue resolved with my original vet in order for my dogs to be able to travel. I was such a nervous wreck but Dr. Cesar did everything in his power and thanks to him and his team we are all now in the EU in our new home. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this team. They were amazing from the very first email all the way to the follow up from them to make sure we got to our new home safely. I only wish I had met them when we first arrived in London as I would have loved for them to have been our vet from the very beginning. Thank you so much to the entire Home Vets London team!!

I first discovered Snoots while searching for a local vet for my first pet, Samuel. On a particularly hot day, I was welcomed with a refreshing offer of water. The clinic's cleanliness was impressive, and there was no waiting time as I had arrived on schedule. Despite my initial nervousness about taking Samuel to the vet for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Dr. Rachael was amazing; she reassured me that I was doing everything right and that Samuel was in great health. She conducted a thorough examination, calming Samuel when he got a bit anxious. He even received a treat for his good behavior, and though he was ready to head home (walking into his carrier on his own), we both left the clinic feeling more confident and relaxed. Samuel had clean ears, clipped nails, and a positive health report. Snoots is a subscription service, and Dr. Rachel was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. I left feeling completely confident that Snoots was the best place to entrust Samuel's care during his first year with me. The overall experience at Snoots was exceptional. Samuel had a good old nap afterwards.

Snoots just has such a homely atmosphere, and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Jonathan, the founder, is directly in touch with clients, which really shows the level of care and dedication they provide. The team makes you feel like your pet is truly in the best hands. Thank you, Snoots, for being such a wonderful place!

🥲🥲I am so grateful and excited right now. 🥹🥹Thank you so much Nadia for helping me today. I wanted to have my cat's EHC done and when I got to vets on common I realized I had the wrong hospital appointment. the doctors and staff at vets on common were very helpful in helping me how to fix the problem. Especially Ms. nadia who helped me during her working hours to solve my personal mistake. I am an international student from Shanghai, China and my English is not that fluent. Ms. Nadia was really patient and helpful when I was anxious about what was going to happen, she helped me to call gov.uk and send emails for me. When she finished her shift she still carefully handed over her work to other colleagues. She did her job to the very end of her shift. I am very lucky to have met Ms. nadia, her seriousness and kindness touched me a lot. To be honest as an international student I was full of strangers to London, but what Ms. nadia did made me fall a little bit in love with the city. ❤️Ms. nadia if you can read this message that would be great, I want to tell you that I wanted to give you a gift 🎁to show my appreciation when it was all over but everything was so rushed that I missed it. What a wonderful and kind person you are along with your coworkers and I wish you the best and happiness every day of your life.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

I know my two fur babies are in the safest possible hands in their old age. I have recommended to friends who are equally impressed with this superb practice.

Federico saved my cat’s life yesterday by accommodating a last minute appointment and performing life saving surgery as she had blocked intestines. My cat’s now herself again, very happy and slowly recovering. I will never be able to thank him enough for being so professional and caring. He also ensured to perform the surgery in the least intrusive way possible so that she would recover faster, which shows the level of care and love that he has for pets. Every single person I’ve come across at this practice is incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate, from the receptionists, to the nurses and surgeons. My cat is now registered with them as her regular vet and I will never go back to my previous vet!❤️

Bearded Dragon Sif - who is one of my Creature Companions at only 3+ years in age, did very much die of exhaustion from drowning recently, I did all that I could in reviving her to a conscience state and felt very sad that she was dying... I called CJ Hall Vets team - they were the only hope that Sif had for any immediate examination, and I will always appreciate to that end the endeavours that each and every one of them put effort into, to ensuring that not only did the Human Companion grow happy with the outstanding professional medical services delivered - BUT that the Creature Companion was put first, and I trust CJ Hall Vets for this very said reason. Can't recommend enough. My rabbit had an abscess and needed surgery, unfortunately, they couldn't remove it all and a month later her leg needed to be amputated. As my rabbit was feisty I couldn't do the post-surgery care by myself and they boarded her and took amazing care of her and let her husbun stay with her for emotional support for free. I am devastated that I moved out and need to change vets as I doubt I will find someone as gentle and professional for my fur babies.

Really thorough veterinary examination for my sick ferret. The vet is clearly an expert in exotic species and they go all out to do the best for your pet. Where most vets would just offer antibiotics for a chest infection, Matthew offered lots of diagnostic tests to rule out something more serious and even did some dental work while the ferret was unconscious anyway. If you don't have insurance and just want your pet to be treated asap for a reasonable cost, this is not the vet for you as it's really expensive. However if you want human-level healthcare for an exotic pet then 100% this is the place.

Astonishing service, The vet is a cat whisperer! Not only was able to get a same day appointment. The vet was absolutely wonderfully kind, to both me and my poorly black cat Ti. I was expecting Ti to turn Panther and go into attack mode - BUT - instead Ti was perfectly chilled and got some meds, a next few days plan, on top of a complimentary health check, she even got her nails trimmed! I am always terrified of going to the Vet, number one in your mind is the worry for your beloved critter but it’s also because of the cost. I have pet insurance but the bill came in as okay’ish. It’s hard time but I’m over the moon that we now have a Medivet in Bloomsbury.

Roza and Liz were very patient and caring with my cats and I even got to see photos of inside my cats eyes.
