Bearded Dragon Sif - who is one of my Creature Companions at only 3+ years in age, did very much die of exhaustion from drowning recently, I did all that I could in reviving her to a conscience state and felt very sad that she was dying... I called CJ Hall Vets team - they were the only hope that Sif had for any immediate examination, and I will always appreciate to that end the endeavours that each and every one of them put effort into, to ensuring that not only did the Human Companion grow happy with the outstanding professional medical services delivered - BUT that the Creature Companion was put first, and I trust CJ Hall Vets for this very said reason. Again and again - thanks plenty CJ Hall Vets, you guys are AWESOME and you all ROCK too âď¸âď¸âď¸ âď¸âď¸âď¸ âď¸âď¸âď¸ - Sif and Jermaine xxx

Really thorough veterinary examination for my sick ferret. The vet is clearly an expert in exotic species and they go all out to do the best for your pet. Where most vets would just offer antibiotics for a chest infection, Matthew offered lots of diagnostic tests to rule out something more serious and even did some dental work while the ferret was unconscious anyway. If you don't have insurance and just want your pet to be treated asap for a reasonable cost, this is not the vet for you as it's really expensive. However if you want human-level healthcare for an exotic pet then 100% this is the place.

These guys saved me when my regular vet got very Shifty. They are great with rabbits and always a pleasure to deal with, i never feel like I'm being pressured into spending more money or having expensive tests done, it all feels genuinely in the interest of the animals. Would 150% recommend

Can't recommend enough. My rabbit had an abscess and needed surgery, unfortunately, they couldn't remove it all and a month later her leg needed to be amputated. As my rabbit was feisty I couldn't do the post-surgery care by myself and they boarded her and took amazing care of her and let her husbun stay with her for emotional support for free. I am devastated that I moved out and need to change vets as I doubt I will find someone as gentle and professional for my fur babies.

I donât often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. Thank you all!

I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.

My nearly 3 year old, anxious Maltese has been going to Highgate Veterinary Clinic since he was a puppy. I cannot recommend Dr Jennie, Dr Beccy, and the rest of the team enough. Their patience, willingness to be accommodating, and their high standard of care are exemplary. When an anxious dog pulls you to get inside the vet office, it is a true sign that they are doing everything right!

Wow!! The most professional team of people. So appreciative to have such a service in our community. Michelle is the most caring, compassionate, thorough & competent vet we could have asked for. A beautiful Soul. Thank you so much to the other staff too including the hospital vet who was also amazing & the front desk staff. Blessings to you all from Nour the cat & family.

Great vet brilliant care and treatment of my pet. The vet was open and transparent regarding my pets health treatment and costs and was very approachable friendly and professional. They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed

We could not have asked for a more thorough, professional and friendly service. Nick diagnosed our cat's problem quickly and wasted no time in getting him excellent treatment. He is recovering well after surgery and we are confident that all of the veterinary advice we received was for the best. Kathryn was extremely kind, and invaluable in helping us to process our pet insurance claim. Everybody went above and beyond to keep us informed and supported at a stressful time. Would highly recommend!

I took both my cats to get their eyes checked out, they are both getting on in their years and I thought it would be good to make sure that everything is all good with their eyes. The whole team at Bloomsbury were fantastic, they were very friendly and put myself and both of my cats at ease. Roza and Liz were very patient and caring with my cats and I even got to see photos of inside my cats eyes. I would definitely recommend Bloomsbury to anyone who wants to get their pets eyes checked out.

Astonishing service, The vet is a cat whisperer! Not only was able to get a same day appointment. The vet was absolutely wonderfully kind, to both me and my poorly black cat Ti. I was expecting Ti to turn Panther and go into attack mode - BUT - instead Ti was perfectly chilled and got some meds, a next few days plan, on top of a complimentary health check, she even got her nails trimmed! I am always terrified of going to the Vet, number one in your mind is the worry for your beloved critter but itâs also because of the cost. I have pet insurance but the bill came in as okayâish. Itâs hard time but Iâm over the moon that we now have a Medivet in Bloomsbury.

Rating: 4.2 (265) Price Level:
I had to find vet in emergency. Elizabeth st were great. The vet I saw was kind and caring and did a great job. Prices were really reasonable compared to other emergency vetâs. I would recommend this practice. Only one negative point. They took ages to fill in my simple insurance form over 5 weeks. Way too long . And although promised call backs I never got them. This needs addressing.

Have been with the practice for 4 years. Nara, our Shiba Inu, has been looked after really well through joint issues, infections, allergy diagnosis, vaccinations & Animal Health Check Certificates. The team have been thorough, helpful and personable. There is always useful advice made available and it is explained in a simple way (for example the animal health check certificate process was well explained in person and followed up over email with the courier for our dog when travelling to Spain) It has always been straightforward to access medical records and make insurance claims. We have been very satisfied with our experience at the vets. There's a handy shop inside too should you need anything from hypoallergenic food, to toys and puppy training gear. Thanks team, one happy pooch (and owner)

A huge thank you to all the team! This morning my dog had some blood in his urine and when I called the Elizabeth street veterinary clinic, they were very helpful and found an appointment for me very quickly. When I came in, everyone was absolutely lovely and nice. The vet I met with took time to understand what was going on, asking a lot of questions and not jumping into conclusions. She took some time to reassure me and explain the next steps in order for my dog to receive the proper care. Thank you so so much! I am very grateful!

I feel that my cats get the best care here. I was previously with another Vets, when one of my cats had an emergency and was referred to Elizabeth Street. The care and attention was amazing. I felt well informed with the regular calls and emails I received not only whilst he was there, but also when he returned home. I feel that I can contact them at anytime with any concerns and I will get advice. There is a great team here. Thank you guys

Honestly I came across this vet today on a Saturday afternoon as an emergency as my 18 year old cat was not well at all. I previously took him to Bluecross Victoria & they were no good and was telling me I had to leave my cat overnight for scan and that he might not make it the night. I called this place and they said they were able to do a scan straight away after a vet examined him. They then discussed with us that my cat was very weak and had too many health issues and me and my sisters just decided to put him out of his missery. This vet honestly I will sing its praise out loud Iâm so grateful I came across you lovely people and so happy that my baby was able to have peaceful sleep and can finally put to rest. Thankyou guys so much we really appreciate you !!!!!!

I have a 10 year old pug with epilepsy who was in dire need of having his teeth cleaned and some removed. I didn't trust my usual vet and these guys were recommended to me by a friend. Though teeth cleaning was routine for them, I was absolutely terrified to go through with it. They took the time to speak with me, explain everything and examine my dog in person. They also took care to answer all my questions after I had left. I felt as comfortable as I possibly could. The day went perfect and they took great care of my dog. I'm so pleased with my experience here.

I just had my second appointment with Dr. Colin Clarke for my pet rats, and I can confidently say they are an absolute legend! Dr. Clarke is incredibly attentive, experienced, and knowledgeable. On top of that, they are very kind and sweet with animals, making the whole experience as stress-free and comfortable as possible. I was provided with full information about my ratsâ conditions, given clear advice on their treatments, and was able to pick up their medications at the reception. Highly recommend!

A caring, thoughtful and professional team oversaw the care of my aging parrot over three days recently. I was called twice a day with updates. Today I was advised her breathing had deteriorated. It was suggested I come in. I was able to enter before opening hours and spend time either my pet. I want to particular note the care given by Sema and Hannah today, as I made the difficult decision to let my pet of over 31 years, go. And before then Dr. Michaela explained in detail the care Bridgitte would get. The cost of her care was given to me before admitting her, and I was also given the estimated costs of additional care, if I chose. I canât say enough good things about this facility. I recommend them highly to anyone who wants the best care, oversight, empathy and professionalism.

Vets always exceeded their professionalism and expertise. Had up and downs with receptionists but to be honest, it was mainly one person to have been a little too firm and strict. Been going to this clinic since 2014 and, even if I now have moved further away, I am still going there for the care of my two cats.

After being with many different vets taken over by big vet corporations.. charging us a fortune and not sorting out our dogs problems, seeing a different vet each time you go in to review his condition. we were so happy to find Amwell vets. They sorted out his problems so quickly. Itâs so nice that you see the same person each time youâre here, they know your pet and really care. So so so happy to have our pup in their care, we just feel like he is in the most capable hands possible.

Iâve had many vets in many places over the years and have been lucky that most of them have been very good. This practice is at the very top of my list. The facility is nicely designed, clean, welcoming and doesnât have that cold hospital feel. The people that work there are all very kind, and clearly know their patients. They provide factual feedback about a situation with the animalâs health in their best interest. Itâs also in a nice area with coffee shops, cafes, and a park. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a vet.

Best vetrinary practice in London and very much likely the UK. Dr.Dale and Margaret are an amazing team, they consistently go above and beyond for our non human family members. They prioritise and advocate for their patients, our pets- as it should be. Honest, reliable and trustworthy. We've been registered at multiple vet practices over the years, no other practice has shown the level of knowledge and dedication as Amwell has. So thankful our dog has been and continues to be safe in their care.

Dale and Margaret, along with the rest of the team, have done a fantastic job with our cat. They have been patient and welcoming, open and honest, and always practical. We are very lucky to have them as our local vet and highly recommend their services.

Medivet Clerkenwell
15 Clerkenwell Rd, London EC1M 5PA, UK | Veterinary Care P: 020 7017 8950
Rating: 4.4 (321) Price Level:
I've been very happy with the care my dog has received at Medivet Clerkenwell, particularly in terms of how the team have approached handling her as this has always been done very sensitively to her individual needs. For example, she's always been examined on the floor, never lifted onto the table, and always using treats and with very gentle, incremental 'hands-on' and again only being manipulated when necessary. The medical advice we've been given has always felt very well evidenced and considered and been explained in depth. Reception staff have also always been friendly and helpful.

If I could give this practice 10 stars I would. As an experienced pet parent I can genuinely say Iâve never dealt with a veterinary practice for small or large animals that is as professional as this one. Every staff member in this facility truly values integrity to their work and provides exceptional knowledge while having gave my pet above and beyond care. Our pet rat Phoebe may actually have a second chance at life because of Dr. Tona. Not even humans can get treatment as fast and results as quick as this service has provided. My partner and I have been in a roller coaster of emotions for our poorly Phoebe over the last few days, the practiceâs ability to stay calm and collected and knowledgeable about all care options they can offer or a referral, really helped us stay focused on the care for our girl. I am currently cuddling her as I write this, any extra minute or day or month or year I have on Earth with her is because of this veterinary practice. I will be thankful for them for the rest of my life. UPDATE: Phoebe has recovered fully â¤ď¸

Been mine and my mother's family vet for some time now. They previously took great care of her pet rabbit and now continue to provide wonderful, warm care for my much beloved cat. They have have been very helpful in everything from emergencies, routine checkups, and even helped me recently with advice on insurance claims after my cat had been hospitalised unexpectedly when he couldn't breathe. The lovely vet, Dr. Holly gave me easy to understand advice on what to do should this ever happen again and I left feeling comfortable the my much loved companion was ready to come home and I felt well informed. They even offered me advice and were very patient with me filling out my insurance claims forms, even though they didn't have to help me as they had been paid. You can tell all the vet's and nurses and lovely staff members really do care about the animals and their humans.
