I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a clinic where there are friendly staff and want a feel of a good vibe. I am also grateful for the staff at reception to accommodate my cat for a last minute vet consultation request. The vet and the nurse were so amazing, friendly and caring. It was by far one of the best experiences we have had. Please keep up the good work. Your service and work supersedes your reputation.

The vets are always brilliant with Bertie! Accommodating, friendly and kind. They are informative and always give a detailed breakdown of costs etc. I also really liked the fact that after he’d had surgery, a few days later the vet called to see how Bertie was doing. We’ve never had this in all our 7 years of his visiting to a previous vets and thought it was a nice personal touch. The receptionists are always friendly and patient. Highly recommend. I had to find vet in emergency. Elizabeth st were great. The vet I saw was kind and caring and did a great job. Prices were really reasonable compared to other emergency vet’s. I would recommend this practice. Only one negative point. They took ages to fill in my simple insurance form over 5 weeks. Way too long . And although promised call backs I never got them. This needs addressing.

Honestly I came across this vet today on a Saturday afternoon as an emergency as my 18 year old cat was not well at all. I previously took him to Bluecross Victoria & they were no good and was telling me I had to leave my cat overnight for scan and that he might not make it the night. I called this place and they said they were able to do a scan straight away after a vet examined him. They then discussed with us that my cat was very weak and had too many health issues and me and my sisters just decided to put him out of his missery. This vet honestly I will sing its praise out loud I’m so grateful I came across you lovely people and so happy that my baby was able to have peaceful sleep and can finally put to rest. Thankyou guys so much we really appreciate you !!!!!!

Have been with the practice for 4 years. Nara, our Shiba Inu, has been looked after really well through joint issues, infections, allergy diagnosis, vaccinations & Animal Health Check Certificates. The team have been thorough, helpful and personable. There is always useful advice made available and it is explained in a simple way (for example the animal health check certificate process was well explained in person and followed up over email with the courier for our dog when travelling to Spain) It has always been straightforward to access medical records and make insurance claims. We have been very satisfied with our experience at the vets. There's a handy shop inside too should you need anything from hypoallergenic food, to toys and puppy training gear. A huge thank you to all the team! This morning my dog had some blood in his urine and when I called the Elizabeth street veterinary clinic, they were very helpful and found an appointment for me very quickly. When I came in, everyone was absolutely lovely and nice. The vet I met with took time to understand what was going on, asking a lot of questions and not jumping into conclusions. She took some time to reassure me and explain the next steps in order for my dog to receive the proper care. Thank you so so much! I am very grateful!

We took out two cats to get neutered, spayed, vaccinates and microchipped. Staff were very friendly and insured both the cats were very comfortable. They talked us through the procedure and insured good communication throughout. Furthermore they were very accommodating to my needs as I couldn’t collect the cats earlier due to work.

Daisy was very caring and supportive looking after my moo whilst her teeth got cleaned. They all looked after my missy moo when she's a nervous dog, thank you x now she's chilling

Hi everyone, a few days ago our beloved Alisa have got an operation. We was so disappointed, because we was so wandering about the doctor’s experience on small breeds ( as I know it is more complicated than on a big one). When the nurses realised that our dog is very poorly they was instantly checking her blood and giving further advices. Doctor Debra is a higher qualified doctor with a huge experience and very kind person, we are so happy to see our pet back to life and we owe it to Dr. Debra. Also, I want to say a huge thanks to nurse Elizabeth, she is so passionate about what she is doing, she was so patient to us, explaining and supporting us in that difficult moment. Thank you that you are putting our pets first !

Thank you vet Amy and assistance from other ladies' in the practice. My pensioner beagle Luther had cuddles, treats, being vaccinated and lots of attention! He loves being told he's a handsome man and He will be ready for his own holiday some point this year. Will send his holiday pics! He loves going to the vet now!

Love them 100% recommend. They are lovely, friendly, well priced. And the pet plan they do is amazing. I’ve taken all my animals here. All 4 cats and a dog and they are lovely with them. I have really bad anxiety but I feel so calm there as they always understand and find a way to help.

I couldn't get an emergency appointment with my Veterinary doctor for my cat Winnie that got into a fight and had his tongue slashed in half. This vet practice was prompt, very helpful and agreed to help my cat immediately. They took Winnie in and performed an emergency intervention, he was sent home that evening. The recovery was a little bumpy, but the staff was always very helpful and kind. Our cat insurance covered all the costs, and I cannot thank them enough for saving my furry baby 💖 Highly recommended them! They are caring, patient, knowledgeable and affordable 🥹💙

My fur baby was very poorly and had to be put down, yourvets was very supportive and caring, they were so gentle with him in his final moments. Couldnt of asked for a nicer bunch of people in our hour of need. Brilliant vets very professional and very easy to talk to. The reception stuff are also amazing x

Brilliant. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Medivet Fulham. I’m new to the practice and the team have been brilliant. Honestly I’ve been to a number of vets and I have to say West side are by far one of the best. They are reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable and most of all my dog feels comfortable around them,

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. Lola always pulls to try and go in! I’ve been bringing her here for 11 years and wouldn’t change for the world. I know Lola is in loving and caring hands! When I went travelling with Lola and she was ill they were super helpful on the phone, giving me advice on what to do and who to contact.
