Thank you so much for make us feel relaxed and giving us the time, space and attention through Hendrix's procedure.Him being a sharpei always make me anxious at vets but since we stepped into the surgery this morning we have been plesently surprised.The team has shown so much care , efficiency and love next to the bonus which is the lower cost than expected I cannot recommend them enough. I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly.We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate and Benji truly enjoys going in for his checkups!Their family plan with unlimited consultations has been incredibly valuable allowing me to easily address any concerns I have about Benji's health, no matter how small. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. 10/10, would wholeheartedly recommend this beacon of exceptional pet care!

I honestly LOVE LOVE Evo Vets! I moved my Chihuahua, Peanut, over to Eco Vets Wandsworth, and it was the best decision. Not only are the vets there kind and friendly, they also have your pet's BEST interest at heart. Thank you to Alex and his team who took care of my boy during his surgery! Fantastic vet who sees my nervous female rescue (our dog fears men). We live a 40 min commute away but stuck with this clinic as we felt this was the right one for our rescue thanks to Dr Lia who is patient and kind. She spoils Josy with lots of care and attention and gives us a lot of helpful information each time we see her. The place is bright, clean and tidy. Receptionists are friendly, responses are usually timely and using the app is easy.

We’ve taken Dash to several vets over the years, but Eco Vets stands out as the best by far. They’ve made everything so easy and stress-free for both us and Dash. This is the first vet where Dash has actually been calm and happy throughout the visit. At other clinics, he was always desperate to leave, often becoming agitated and even aggressive. But at Eco Vets, he seemed relaxed and content the entire time—even during his shots! We’re so grateful for the care and attention they provide and highly recommend them to any pet owner.

My dog was defecating blood non stop and after the first set of medicine prescribed by the vet, my dog made a full recovery. Everybody at Ecovet is very professional and friendly. I can not thank them enough

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

I use Vets on the Common because we can always see the same vet which makes it so much easier for me. I am satisfied that my dogs are carefully and considerately looked after and that I haven’t been over charged for that privilege. Both my dogs are super excited to be at Vets on the Common which says a lot for their vet experiences.

I am very impressed with the care given to all my pets (rabbits Pumpkin and Spice and beagle Sailor) Recently Sailor has been ill, they have followed up with how he is, run tests quickly and reassured me throughout the process!

I wanted to have my cat's EHC done and when I got to vets on common I realized I had the wrong hospital appointment. the doctors and staff at vets on common were very helpful in helping me how to fix the problem. Especially Ms. nadia who helped me during her working hours to solve my personal mistake. I am an international student from Shanghai, China and my English is not that fluent. Ms. Nadia was really patient and helpful when I was anxious about what was going to happen, she helped me to call gov.uk and send emails for me. When she finished her shift she still carefully handed over her work to other colleagues. She did her job to the very end of her shift. I am very lucky to have met Ms. nadia, her seriousness and kindness touched me a lot. Best Vets ever! I transferred to Vets on the Common from another local vet and I couldn’t be happier with this decision. The love and care they gave my dog was amazing. They work with you and your budget and always keep the health and happiness of your pet in mind. They truly care for your pets and it shows. I was told about this practice by my daughter who takes her 2 Labradors there, she couldn’t rate them highly enough, so I booked my new puppy with them, and I am more than pleased with them, I found them very caring, and answered all my questions, I would strongly recommend this vets practice, both receptionists. And vets very friendly and polite.

I recently took my cat to Novivet, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The clinic is in a great location, the inside is really modern and well-equipped, creating a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and the veterinarian was truly outstanding—empathetic, caring and patient, taking the time to address my cat’s needs without ever making us feel rushed. The health issue was sorted out and I felt the cost was fully justified by the quality of care provided. I will be returning here, knowing my cat is in safe, capable hands. GOOD JOB!!

I recently visited Novi Vet in Bexleyheath and met Javier and had an outstanding experience which exceeded my expectations. Tiggy and Callie received excellent care Javier who took time with me and I didn't feel rushed. Unlike other vets I have visited in the past I felt their focus was always about money but with this vet they gave me time and their services are very reasonably priced. I also met Phoebe the nurse and Katie the receptionist who were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. They are a very professional team and give me complete confidence in their care I won't be going anywhere else for my cats care. Highly recommended.

All the staff cannot do enough for us. The vet was very good as new dog owners. Katie and her colleagues know who you are even before you enter. I would recommend the surgery to any of my friends.

I would like to thank Christi, the new veterinarian. My socially anxious cat felt comfortable with her; other veterinarians would drag my cat out of the bag. However, Christi let my cat settle and asked informative questions about him. She was so gentle with my cat and done the best examinations for him. I’ve had an incredible experience with Dr. Jeremy at the London Cat Clinic. From the moment we walked in, he gave us the warmest welcome, immediately making me feel comfortable and reassured. When he interacted with my cat, it was so clear to see his genuine love for cats. The way he handled and cared for my cat showed how deeply he cares about each of his patients like they are his own. Dr. Jeremy is not only exceptionally skilled but also incredibly kind, guiding me through each step and easing any worries I had. I truly feel like my cats are in the best possible hands, and I’m so grateful for his dedication. He’s our hero, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly to anyone looking for an amazing, compassionate vet for their furry family members.

We have two incredibly nervous rescue Tuxedo sisters and this clinic is just the most amazing place. We were recommended here by a very dear friend and we’re eternally grateful. We have seen many of the different members of staff, veterinary surgeons, nurses, feline dental specialists and even a member of staff with expertise in calming very anxious cats. Every visit has been calm and reassuring and there is such a wealth of knowledge and experience there. We’ve tried all sorts of things in the past to stop the cats panicking but until our consultations with the London Cat Clinic nothing ever worked. One of the veterinary surgeons prescribed medication which worked perfectly, no panting, no vomiting, just amazing. Wonderful clinic!

We first met Jeremy when he was working at our local vet's surgery. Our mother had severe dementia and Norman was her 'care cat'. It was immediately apparent that Jeremy's knowledge and holistic approach to care was head and shoulders above anything we had experienced before (or since)! So when Jeremy and his team opened up the London Cat Clinic we were more than happy to drive 45 minutes there for Norman's care and treatment. Norman was a very old chap and had multiple, chronic and acute health conditions. We are absolutely convinced that the care he received there added many, good quality years to his life. Jeremy was very familiar with all conventional treatments available and was also willing and able to think outside the box, when necessary. I have had cats most of my adult life and The London Cat Clinic is the only surgery I would be happy to recommend. We were also struck by the attitude of all the staff. They were calm, friendly, engaging and genuinely understood that cats are family members. Unlike all surgeries I have visited before or since, we never felt pressured into spending more money that absolutely necessary and all the staff were quick to point out more cost-effective treatments from online sources to save us money, where suitable. I have to end with one image that will stay with me forever - that of Jeremy holding my mother's hand with Norman in his carrier over his shoulder as we pushed her, in her wheelchair, all the way back to the car. The treatment and care provided by the London Cat Clinic (of cats AND their butlers) is something that all veterinary clinics should aspire to!

The team at Goddard Thamesmead is so lovely! They are really professional, helpful and empathetic. My cat went through a dental surgery with them, and the whole process was smooth with regular updates about my cat. Thanks so much for your amazing services!

not a bad word to say about this vets! my cat has been registered here for about 7 months now - she has had her vaccinations here, monthly check ups, an ear infection treated and recently neutered. they‘ve been nothing but informative, present and also very reasonably priced! i pay £17.50 a month for my cat’s flea and worming treatment as well as discounts on anything else we may need (such as her recent surgery)! me and serafina really appreciate everyone here at goddard vet’s! thank you for everything you do! 10/10!

Yesterday I popped into thamesmead practice for advise and I must say how helpful and professional the lady was. I purchased what I thought was a 8 week old jack Russell I didn't believe it was that old.The receptionist booked me a app for today so a vet could check him over I went to my app it was on time not like the PDSA .The vet checked my Boris over and confirmed he was only 6 weeks but then he advised me to book his injections for -3 weeks time .When I left I was told because it was a puppy check my visit was free today very impressed is a under statement thanks again

First visit to get my cat neutered after some good recommendations, and everything was brilliant. The reception staff were absolutely lovely, and so was the nurse who called to update me after it was done. It's by far the cheapest place I had found, but the service did not at all reflect that. I also got lucky enough to meet the resident cat, Potato, and, well, as a cat lover, that just made it even better! Thank you!

This isn’t our usual vet - which is 150 miles away - but am now registered for when we are in London with our Tibetan, Ted. I am extremely glad we found such an excellent practice. Our 12 year old dog became ill suddenly and it was very worrying. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the practice was lovely & Jill, the vet was thorough and very reassuring. Thank you.
