Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. He didn’t take any shortcuts and even though it was 5pm he kept working until the job was finished. 100% recommend this company. Macca is a credit to your company.

I have used him twice now for a badly blocked toilet and he is fantastic, pretty reasonably priced also even on a weekend call out. I just really must post to say how much I appreciate the work done by the T&H team. We recently bought our first home and the bathrooms needed some work.. the main had to be completely gutted and replaced with a new bathroom and the downstairs needed some tiling and new sink. I got great support and advice about the options and they did a superb wet room for us in the main, Our dream setup. They also helped me out with small odd jobs such as plumbing for a washing machine in the garage and some kitchen sink issues. They have alot of experience and honestly do try and recommend the best solutions. Most importantly they make charges clear up front, talk through costs and found them to be very good value compared to alternatives I was looking at which were costing an arm and a leg... pricing is very reasonable in my view. They also don't disappear if there is an issue. Had a problem in the main bathroom a few months later and they returned and fixed it free of charge. Anything I need done plumbing wise don't hesitate to try them out you won't be disappointed! Will try to dig out the photos of before and after and share here.

I could not be more pleased with the work that Restorations UK have provided. The drying, re-flooring and redecorating work carried out was a very high quality and carried out respectfully with minimum inconvenience to myself. Communication with the office team and each of the individuals carrying out work has been quick efficient and kept me informed at every point. Would definitely recommend for future works.

Booked for a leak track and trace. Matt arrived on time and actually recommended I replaced a part in the boiler first before any leak tracing was carried out. His advice was amazing, we did that and all our “leak “ problems were solved. It was actually the heat exchanger leaking , not pipes. 3 plumber prior failed to offer this advice. They kindly refunded me the full amount minus a small call out fee which was totally fair and I’m happy with. Great company
