Very good communications amongst me, the office manager and the person ordering the materials and doing the work. I needed advice on the best domestic twin (hot and cold) water pump replacement and also some tech help with vibration and noise. All the team were very responsive, helpful and the job was done quickly with excellent quality and the site left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Jenni in the office was friendly and helpful. She managed to get a plumber out to me in three hours. Dan fixed the leaks in the pipes around our boiler quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Bracknell Plumbing and Heating to everyone. Their service was exceptional.

Sam from Bracknell plumbing & heating came to do our recent boiler service along with installing a new Aqualisa shower, removal of an old electric shower and re-tilng. Whilst Steve attended to a new electric fan installation and other electrical works. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient and did a great job. The company is so easy to communicate with. The process of answering questions, organising dates and quotes for work to be done is all perfectly managed by Jenni and the admin team who kept us well informed and responded immediately to any questions. I would highly recommend.

We used Lazmir to replace a boiler, fit a new expansion tank and fix the underfloor heating system in a house we recently moved into in Marlow. He was utterly excellent; very responsive, very clear in what he recommended needed doing, and very fast in getting it done. We will be using hm again around the house. In summary I cannot recommend him too highly- brilliant.

Lazmir is the most reliable plumber. He has installed pressure system on my loft and replacing my boiler from upstairs to loft professionally. He carried out nice work for me and he is friendly and so energetic. One of the good things I like most from him is attending work in emergencies wherever he is. I strongly recommend Lazmir and I'm sure you like him too.

Lovely gentleman, really hard working and very quick and efficient also. I have used him twice now for a badly blocked toilet and he is fantastic, pretty reasonably priced also even on a weekend call out. I have used plumbers in the past and have not been happy but I would recommend this guy again and again. 5 stars!

Bill and Simon were a pleasure to work with. What seemed like a simple task to replace an existing washbasin and stand in the bathroom turned into a potential nightmare owing to nonstandard and unsuitable products and fittings supplied by the manufacturer. Bill had to use all of his experience and ingenuity to connect things successfully, and at a very reasonable price given that he had to make 2 visits on different days. Booked for a leak track and trace. Matt arrived on time and actually recommended I replaced a part in the boiler first before any leak tracing was carried out. His advice was amazing, we did that and all our “leak “ problems were solved. It was actually the heat exchanger leaking , not pipes. 3 plumber prior failed to offer this advice. They kindly refunded me the full amount minus a small call out fee which was totally fair and I’m happy with. Great company

I could not be more pleased with the work that Restorations UK have provided. The drying, re-flooring and redecorating work carried out was a very high quality and carried out respectfully with minimum inconvenience to myself.
