Lovely gentleman, really hard working and very quick and efficient also. I have used him twice now for a badly blocked toilet and he is fantastic, pretty reasonably priced also even on a weekend call out. I have used plumbers in the past and have not been happy but I would recommend this guy again and again. 5 stars!

Leigh has done a lot of work for us including fitting a new bathroom. He helped us choose the right fittings and materials to make the best use of the space. It is great that he can do everything including decorating ,tiling and flooring so makes the whole job easier. We are extremely happy with all the work Leigh has done for us, always finished to an excellent standard. We would definitely recommend LW services to anyone.

What seemed like a simple task to replace an existing washbasin and stand in the bathroom turned into a potential nightmare owing to nonstandard and unsuitable products and fittings supplied by the manufacturer. As previously used, BPH in the guise of Ryan their electrician quickly & very efficiently carried out the work setting up a Blink video doorbell & camera that ensures the increased safety of all our family even though he had only done so for the Ring equivalent before . Sam from Bracknell plumbing & heating came to do our recent boiler service along with installing a new Aqualisa shower, removal of an old electric shower and re-tilng. Whilst Steve attended to a new electric fan installation and other electrical works. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient and did a great job. The company is so easy to communicate with. The process of answering questions, organising dates and quotes for work to be done is all perfectly managed by Jenni and the admin team who kept us well informed and responded immediately to any questions. Very good communications amongst me, the office manager and the person ordering the materials and doing the work. I needed advice on the best domestic twin (hot and cold) water pump replacement and also some tech help with vibration and noise. T&H plumbing have been at our property twice. The first time was to install the WC toilet and another time when we got the kitchen sink combo tap replaced. I would say good old school values and good workmanship. Professional, helpful, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend the work.

I just really must post to say how much I appreciate the work done by the T&H team. We recently bought our first home and the bathrooms needed some work.. the main had to be completely gutted and replaced with a new bathroom and the downstairs needed some tiling and new sink. I got great support and advice about the options and they did a superb wet room for us in the main, Our dream setup. They also helped me out with small odd jobs such as plumbing for a washing machine in the garage and some kitchen sink issues. They have alot of experience and honestly do try and recommend the best solutions. Most importantly they make charges clear up front, talk through costs and found them to be very good value compared to alternatives I was looking at which were costing an arm and a leg... pricing is very reasonable in my view. They also don't disappear if there is an issue. Had a problem in the main bathroom a few months later and they returned and fixed it free of charge. Anything I need done plumbing wise don't hesitate to try them out you won't be disappointed! Will try to dig out the photos of before and after and share here.

The guys at Serene were great. They came out on an emergency in the evening, made good so the house didn’t flood and then came back the next morning to fix the problem. Very friendly guys as well - will be using them again!!
