Have had several cuts and beard trims here now, and has always been a pleasant experience and received a good hair cut and trim. Modern booking system is very efficient and easy to use. Have also taken my 4year old here who was very well looked after.

This really is such a great salon, I had highlights and a cut with Barb and couldn’t be happier with the result, she’s fab!! All the staff are super friendly and they create a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. It’s also incredibly reasonably priced, especially compared to the other salons in Ringwood!! Cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you, I’ll definitely be back soon!! ☺️ x

Super friendly, listen to what you want/need. Advise you well if you don't know what to do. Had Kyle do my hair today, realised he is the first male to ever do my hair and I couldn't be happier! He nailed it! Got exactly what I was hoping for, actually looks better than I had hoped for! He was passionate, knowledgeable, patient and just amazing! He's made me feel and feel like I look amazing and kept it healthy whilst giving good chat. Cannot thank or recommend enough! 🥰

Gorgeous interior with a very calming and warm atmosphere there is a very distinct aesthetic. Lovely and professional beauticians with excellent customer service. Very good experience here but just a few small things to note. the prices are slightly higher than the average for salons in the area and they did not have as many gel colours as I am used to. ( but I think I’m just spoilt )

I have had both waxing and my nails done at Hermitage for nearly a year now! Really friendly staff and they do an amazing job! The nail colour choices are great and the gems are really long lasting, definitely recommend! I had Ellen do my nails and eyebrow wax today and it was a great relax for me! She also made my nails look fabulous (once again) and shaped my brows exactly how I wanted them! Thank you :)

Becca tried something new on my hair today she didn't use scissors it was called calligraphy? I must admit I was unsure but I can't say how pleased I am with the results, my hair feels lighter and bouncy and was ever so easy to style. I would highly recommend this treatment and I would highly recommend Becca, she is a true professional who takes her job very seriously and always aims to please. I absolutely can't fault her dedication to the job and would highly recommend her.

I have been coming to the salon for the past 3 years as it is very near to me and I needed a hairdresser for my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. From the outset, Natasha was so kind and understanding with my mum who asks the same questions over and over again! Natasha always makes my mum feel and look a million dollars and the atmosphere in the salon is friendly and welcoming. In fact I was so impressed that I now am also a customer! Natasha always takes the time to sit and discuss options for my toner and I am thrilled with the results ! No more brassy hair, just a cool, sleek colour. I would highly recommend Natasha without hesitation.

One very happy customer! I am over the moon with my new hairstyle. Mary is without doubt the only hairdresser that can cut my hair to perfection. She has done an amazing job of styling and lightening my hair. As someone who has had the same hairstyle for years ! I am so excited that I took Mary’s advice (which I asked for ) for me to go lighter but not too drastic. It’s fabulous. I have had so many compliments and I can blow dry it myself now because it is cut and shaped so well. The salon is very welcoming and I had a truly relaxing time. I really appreciate the efforts that have been taken to comply with Covid 19 safety & regulations. It is clear to see that the Clients needs & safety have come first. In these difficult times it is refreshing to be able to relax in a safe, friendly environment. A wonderful experience, lovely staff and overall excellent service all round. A lovely selection of products availability to buy too for yourself or a friend. I look forward to returning again soon .

Today was my first visit to William and Mary hair and it won’t be my last. Callum did a fantastic job on my hair, I love it. From my first consultation to leaving today Callum made sure I was completely happy, he is so friendly and is an excellent stylist. I’ve already booked my next appointment as well as a different appointment for my daughter.

I would 100% recommend Verity to anyone as she is so professional, friendly and did my air brush highlights, hair dye, toner and hair extensions to a really high standard for my wedding. People couldn't believe I had extensions in because they were so well matched to my hair colour. I'm so happy with the results!

Over the years that i have had my haircut by Lucy I have found her to be amazing, she cuts my hair brilliantly I love my new cut and colour ,they know how to cut long hair correctly, people might think it's easier to cut, apparently not..others could not cut it , it ended up not being cut straight at the back...and best of all i know whenever I go and see Lucy I will walk away from the salon with my hair looking the best and Feeling refreshed! They know how to cut hair correctly unlike some places I've been to before coming here... The experience as usual was was perfect from start to finish. The team are so friendly! I love my new look. Managed to book an appointment for my daughter with less than 24hrs notice. They always ask if you would like a drink and take any request my daughter has for her hair into consideration. She always leaves here really happy and full of confidence. Would recommend!

Second time taking our son for a haircut here and Amber was great with him and very patient when he didn’t sit still. Same price as a child’s cut at a barbershop but so much better.

Myself and my daughter both had a cut and conditioning treatment there yesterday. I have severe asthma so don't go anywhere I do not 100% feel safe. As we have been using the salon for the past twelve years, I knew that Jenny & ALL the staff would make sure that everyone's safety comes first with a negligible impact on price. We were due to have a haircut the day we went into lockdown so like everyone else we needed a lot taking off rather than just the usual regular trim. Thank you Lee and Jade for taking the time to make us feel human again! To anyone new in Bransgore or here on holiday, I would thoroughly recommend a haircut in this happy and relaxed environment.

I've been using Tanya regularly for a couple of years now and I couldn't be happier with the services she has provided. I've had everything from eyebrow wax, body wax, massages and facials. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and certainly knows what she is doing. But on top of all of that, she is one of the loveliest people you will ever meet! :)

She is an absolutely wonderful colourist - she pays real attention to make sure that the hair colour and skin tone match, selecting toners is a collaborative process and the end results are beautiful and tasteful. I always trust Sabine without needing to show pictures - she knows exactly what I will like and suit and creates the loveliest colours throughout my hair! Sabine will never let me leave if I'm not 100% happy with the final look and I wouldn't go elsewhere.

Chelsea has been doing my manicure regularly now for around 5 years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. No one does a better a job; she is incredibly professional, friendly and an absolutely fantastic therapist. Her work is always precise and she takes great pride in doing a flawless job. Huge selection of colours to choose from too. 10/10 would recommend.

Natalie has been doing my nails for a few months now, and always done a fab job! But with nicer weather on its way, I was in need of a pedicure! Had my eyebrows done by Chelsea, she was the nicest and even though I was late she still made the effort to do it for me. I love how she did my eyebrows will definitely be returning!
