The stylist took such care and dedication to create a look that exceeded my expectations. The level of customer service I received was truly exceptional – they even stayed open until 1 a.m. just to accommodate my late arrival. I presented a picture of the style and color I wanted, and they perfectly executed my vision. Unfortunately, a slight hint of blonde remains at the bottom due to me previously using a box dye (black) but overall the result is fantastic. I couldn't be more satisfied and will definitely be returning. The pictures attached is my hair after 3 weeks of bleaching and colouring. The quality of products used were really good hence why there is no damage to my hair.
