Louise has been a beautician for a really long time and it shows. She is a consumate professional and has adapted to each new set of rules this year (2020) without complaint. She delivers a full set of treatments in her beauty room, but only a few days a week as she has two young daughters to look after. I've been going to her for about 10 years. I'm really particular.
