I was really worried about the leak in my roof. I called Precision Roofing & Building for help and they fixed the problem quickly and for a great price!

Precision Roofing came to deal with sealing our soffits, following squirrel activity in our loft. Once on the roof Mike, the foreman, saw gaps in the gulley where the mortar had deteriorated. Effectively we had a hole in the roof. He managed to reschedule his work to accommodate us. Despite appalling weather conditions his men worked hard to complete the work. Mike kept us informed of progress during the entire project. I would like to give a special mention to Jamie who worked in well below zero temperatures clearing the moss. We are very grateful for the speed in which the work was carried out and the final result.

Called Precision & Roofing services for an estimate and was expecting to be told to wait for a few weeks untill I could be fitted into there diary.. A young man Michael was very polite and told me he was passing by my area on the way home and would happily give me a quote.. The quote I was given by the first 2 roofing companies was beaten by Michael and the work carried out was to an excellent standard and have had no issues with the work that had been done.. Very good, reliable & friendly service.. Thanks
